- Upstairs King suite with full bathroom (shower) attached and a large walk-in closet with a vent that could sleep small kids (we have put our 1-year-old twins in their pac'n'plays in this closet). Smart TV in this room.

Outdoor Space:

Other things to note
There is parking for up to 4 cars only. Cars must park in the driveway. On-street parking is not allowed in Sunriver.

- 10-minute bike ride (5-minute drive) to the Sunriver SHARC water park.

- 4,000 square foot home with updates throughout.
- Sleeps 16 people. 6 bedrooms (2 Kings, 4 Queens, double size bunk, twin size bunk).
- 2 separate family rooms, including a game room with 75” TV, pool table, arcades, and a bar for the louder kids or adults, and a separate living room with a fireplace for the more relaxed ones.

Outdoor Space
- Large paver patio with barbecue overlooking the 6th tee of the Meadows golf course. On the golf course for an amazing view but sits back from the course a bit for privacy and out of the way of stray golf balls.
- Excellent spot for kids to play in the snow on the golf course in the winter, or to go cross country skiing or snowshoeing!
