Enjoy scenic walks, top golf courses, shopping and dining just mins away. Unwind in paradise with your favorite beach side cocktail enjoying breathtaking views at the world-famous Pompano Joes just across the street. Unit has beach wagon & supplies located on patio.

Booked a little vacation over New Years. Casie’s place was great. The check in process couldn’t have been easier. The cleanliness of the condo was immaculate. The condo was very well decorated. The location is awesome; right across from public beach access and walkable to some restaurant and shopping. The heated pool and spa were relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to ring in the new year. We’d stay there again!

My family had a great beach vacation and having a comfortable cute place to relax at night was the icing on the cake! Great location across from the public beach access made for easy beach days, fun ghost crab hunting at night and an easy walk to lunch at Pompano Joes. Pool right outside the patio doors was also super convenient and made it easy to keep an eye on my teens. Everything was as described in the listing. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vaca

The codo was in the perfect location for our family. Close to the pool, the beach, and our favorite restaurant. The convenience was great, especially with little ones. The condo itself was in great condition and communication with Casie was great as well. We would definitely consider booking again!

Perfect low key location

This spot was great for our family! The location was super convenient with the public beach across the street and access to the pool 5 steps away from the back door. The kitchen is stocked with anything you’d need. There are beach and pool toys with a wagon, so that was great. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms are well decorated. Not much baby proofing was needed which was a huge plus. Overall, we would stay here again and really enjoyed our stay.

We love Miramar Beach and our times at SummerSpell

Everything was great and as we expected. It was our 7th time at SummerSpell but first time at this unit. Casie was super easy to communicate with and helpful. We hope to return in the future! <3
