Welcome to Beach Resort 403! Located just steps away from the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach with private beach service included! You will always have a spot on the beach with our complimentary beach chair and umbrella service (March-October).

Within close proximity to beach access and a large, extravagant pool area – complete with hot tub, water fountain, and a shallow end for the kids to enjoy - you will always enjoy time in the sun!

Some of the amenities in this complex include a seasonally heated HUGE pool (October - April), a washer/dryer in-unit, and a private balcony on the 4th floor with partial Gulf Views. The condo is within walking distance to local restaurants such as Captain Dave’s, Kenny D’s and Pompano Joe’s. Located on the pedestrian-friendly Scenic 98, you can enjoy the day riding your bike, taking in the scenery, swimming in the award winning pool or relaxing at the beach.
