(please note there is a height max of 7ft and under in the garage).

The kitchen comes equipped for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area with seating for 4 as well as 2 additional bar stools. New all stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, all new kitchen cabinets to enjoy as well.

The ocean view primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closet. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen television, and double closet. The full, guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo adjoins with the guest bedroom is also accessible from the hallway. This condo also includes a convenient laundry room in the unit.
Parking: There is only 1 parking space for our unit.
Please note: Each bedroom has 1 closet for your use. A few cabinets are locked for cleaners use only.
