Love the beach? Want great views and sunsets? Walk to the beach in 3 minutes! You’re going to love your stay at Coastal Escape in Daytona Beach Shores! Stay in a newly renovated and nicely furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo! Right across the street from the ocean with great views of the ocean and river from the 6th floor. Sunsets are some of the most amazing we’ve seen! King bed in Master / 2nd BR has 2 twin beds. The couch and chair in LR are pull out sleepers.

The WiFi works great through the whole condo. The living room has a pull out couch and pull out chair. The 65” smart tv is a great spot to watch your fav movie or show with your family!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with 50” smart TV with cable. USB plugs located on the night stands. A private master bathroom with double vanity is connected to the bedroom.

The Twin room has 2 twin beds and a 43” smart TV with cable. USB plugs for the devices. The hall bathroom is just outside of the twin room.

The kitchen has everything you need for an enjoyable stay whether you’re cooking each night or just enjoying cocktails and a charcuterie board. There is a Publix grocery store and ABC liquor store just 2 miles north on S Atlantic Ave.

Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a wagon are all included for your use.

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. A few of our favorites are Crabby Joe’s on the pier (a 3 block drive), Aunt Catfish’s on the River (on the other side of the river at the base of the bridge), Genovese’s Italian cafe has great pizza that delivers or you can dine in. Located a mile from Coastal Escape near the Dunlawton Bridge. A few more to mention are Off the Hook, Hidden Treasures, (both toward Ponce Inlet), and Jimmy Hula’s for great tacos.

A 20 minute drive to Daytona Beach International Airport and the Daytona 500 Speedway. 1 hour and 20 minute drive to Orlando International Airport and Disney World and other theme parks.

A great place. Short walk across the street to the famous beach. Unit had everything you need to feel like home. Close to restaurants. If windy or cloudy you can spend the day at the pool or playing shuffleboard or corn hole. Hoping to be back next year.

The condo was exactly as shown in the photos and had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The on-site manager was very friendly and helpful as were the residents we met. Because it's located in a primarily residential area, daily walks were non-stressful. Our host, Steve, was always quick to reply to our questions and checked in to make sure we encountered no problems upon our arrival.

Feels like our home away from home!

I’ve stayed at this condo more than seven times now, and it has truly become my go-to place every time I visit Daytona Beach. In fact, it feels less like a VRBO rental and more like a second home. The space is incredibly well kept, thoughtfully furnished, and stocked with everything I need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The owner clearly takes great pride in the property, and it shows in every detail. I love it!

There is no better place to stay than this one! It is a very nice apartment, comfortable and with everything you need. We enjoyed the view of the sea and how close it is to the beach. The host was very friendly and was always attentive to our concerns. If I had the opportunity to visit Daytona again, I would definitely choose this property once again.

I would give it 6 Stars if I could!

Another great stay for us at this amazing condo! For anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the Daytona Beach area, THIS is your place! It’s centrally located to all the main hotspots in town with a very short walking distance to the beach. The condo itself is beautifully decorated with all the well thought out amenities that you would need for your stay (inclusive of a beautiful onsite pool for those of you that like to sit poolside). We always feel like family when we stay here thanks to the amazing hospitality and service provided by the owner. We will absolutely be back for another stay!

If I could give it 6 stars…..I would!

This was our 4th time staying at this beautiful property and as you can imagine, it never disappoints. The condo is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and loaded with everything we needed for our stay. In addition to having a beautiful pool onsite, it’s also perfectly located directly across the street from a great beach access ramp and centrally located to all of our favorite breakfast, lunch and dinners spots. Whenever we arrive for our stay and walk through the door, we feel like we’ve arrived home. Can’t wait to get back here agin soon!

A fantastic condo rental

This is definitely a 5 stars rental. Steve is a wonderful host. He is thoughtful and keeps you informed. The property is a very clean and a very welcoming environment. It is well supplied for everything you need and more. The location is excellent. The beach is a very short walk, basically across the street. The area is a beautiful and safe area to walk. It is located close to restaurants and a Publix store for shopping. We will definitely return!

Love This Property!

This was our second time at Coastal Escaoe and we certainly intend for it to not be the last! We come for the Daytona 500 and stay for the subsequent week. The building location is great, close to everything and easy to access. The track is about 20 minutes away and there are plenty of groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. The beach access is right at the corner across A1A. Steve is an amazing host, very responsive, and makes sure the condo is in great condition! It is well-equipped with everything, and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. The deck and porch areas are nice and well-suited to enjoyung the sun and the views. Thanks for another wondeeful stay!

This was our 3rd time staying at this beautiful condo and our stay was just as amazing as the previous two times. The unit was beautifully decorated and had all the well thought out amenities that you would need. The location is perfect for visiting our family near by and also allows us to enjoy our long walks on the beach. The owner of the condo is also a world class host and we continue to appreciate his hospitality every time we stay there. For those of you who have not stayed here before, I promise you that the moment you step through the doorway, you will immediately realize that you made the right decision in selecting this place. There is no reason to look anyplace else! And yes, we will be back again soon!

5 Stars…..AGAIN!

This was our second time staying at Coastal Escape and our stay was just as amazing as the first time. For those of you who have not stayed here before, I promise you that the moment you step through the doorway, you will immediately realize that you made the right decision in selecting this place. The unit had a fresh, clean smell, it was beautifully decorated and had all the well thought out amenities that you would need. And the cherry on top was the amazing hospitality and service provided by the owner (Steve). Put it all together and you get the great customer experience that we just had. As a result of this last stay, we are absolutely, positively going to remain repeat customers of Coastal Escape. There is no reason to look anyplace.

5 Stars All The Way!

This was a beautiful condo (one of the best that I’ve stayed in around the Daytona Beach area). You can see the time and care they put into this place. Beautifully decorated with everything already here that you would need. As for the owners? Some of the most kind, wholehearted people that I’ve ever met. There is a sense of “family” when interacting with them (something that I value so very much). And for the views? Believe it or not, it’s even more beautiful in person. From the beautiful early morning sunrises to the amazing sunsets each night, THIS is the place you want to be. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who may be contemplating staying in the area.

My wife Robyn and I love to travel and make new friends. We love hosting guests in our updated 2/2 condo in Daytona Beach Shores!
Steve spent 32 years in the Foodservice business as an operations manager and retired from that business in 2021. He moved to Florida and changed careers. He now works for a home builder in New Smyrna Beach, Fl and is working to get his builders license. Robyn has worked in the Veterinary field her whole life.
We both love real estate and It’s been a dream to own vacation homes. We plan to get more in the future and help guests have the best vacations. If you need anything while you’re staying with us, we are here to help!

Amazing sunsets and great ocean views. Quiet neighborhood. Close to many local attractions including golf courses, The Daytona International Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Orlando and theme parks (1 hour 20 mins).
