Verb includes 2 arcades, home gym, piano, office space, ping pong, put-put, fire pit and grill! Beach equipment and toys are located in the garage! The Space:
The Verb Pad is spacious 2,052 sq ft single family home that includes a split floor plan with 3 private bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens), a queen-sized sleeper sofa bed in the living room, a wide open kitchen, dining room w/ table for family dinner, a Florida room w/ office space for work, ping pong table, put-put golf, front / back yard (Not fully fenced) w/ fire pit, grill, outdoor seating, a garage gym w/ rogue weights, and 2 full bathrooms w/ bath tubs.

Guest Access:
You’ll receive a personalized digital code at check-in to access the home. Check-in time is 4 PM, and if early check-in is approved, you’ll be able to arrive as early as 1 PM. The Verb House is equipped with a Yale Assure digital lock for easy access throughout your stay. Spare keys are located in a lockbox, if needed.

The Neighborhood:
Kenwood is a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with 15 public schools in the city. The city of Fort Walton Beach has a strong military community with more than 6 military bases, camps and airfields in the immediate area. The STR is very close to Eglin and Beal Pkwy with access to numerous restaurants and things to do.

Getting Around:
Local roads do not have bike lanes and public transportation is non-existent. You're best bet is using Uber, Lyft, or Turo if you don't have a POV.

Other Things to Note:
The driveway has the capacity for four average-sized sedans.

(Pets)
We happily welcome all furry friends of all shapes and sizes, but limit them up to 4 total! Breed immaterial. The cost is $75 for up to 2 pets and $150 for up to 4 pets. This is a one-time fee that covers your pet(s) for the entire stay. All pets must be up to date on shots, house trained and non-threatening. We ask that you crate your pet(s) when left unattended. The pet fee is for a basic pet clean. If there is additional cleaning required, for ie pet waste inside, excessive hair on furniture and etc, it will be billed to the guest.

Interaction with Guests:
I do not interact with guests in person, but I live in the immediate area should you need my assistance.
