The kitchen has all new appliances, beautiful quartz countertops and two full size refrigerators. This home has maintained many of its original qualities while having every modern convenience! We are very conveniently located to many fabulous restaurants and countless attractions like Crab Island Watersports, fishing, and Island Golf Cart Company. Come enjoy Pelican's Hidden Treasure. Vintage Charm, Excellent Location!

Great vacation! Excellent location!! Great communication with managers of the property! Carport was great for the couple of rainy days we had while visiting. Very short walk to the beach - our children are adults but would not be bad with small children as well. You can also drive to the public access parking lot almost directly across the street. Loved watching the dolphins in the bay area directly off the back yard and watching the boaters and barges go by was also fun! The only thing that kept me from rating cleanliness higher is the kitchen could definitely use some updating - some cabinet doors wouldn't stay closed, and the grass in the yard was extremely tall which made it difficult for our small dogs. I would for sure stay here again!

Everything was GREAT! the view of the Bay was AWESOME and the Dolphins put on a little show it was a very short walk to the Beach but if you want to drive it's really close and free parking..the only issues were the BBQ grill was not clean & the Shower curtains were not properly installed but we didnt plan on using the grill so it wasn’t a bother but the shower curtains did fall frequently during showering. Other then that everything was Great

One of the best choices

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Location was close enough to everything without the fast pace of everywhere else. My kids loved watching the dolphins from the living room. Having more then one shower was very convient for a family of 5 washing salt water off! We will be back next summer!!

Right on the water

This is the cutest little house. It is literally right on the bay. We loved watching boats come through. Yes, the house is a little older but still a wonderful place to rent. Communication was excellent!

Visiting Daughter who lives here

A lot of work is needed in the house!!! Only was able to use one shower!! Water pressure was not good!! Smells very musty.

We had a great stay at this bayfront home! The location is hard to beat—right on the water with a beautiful view from the back windows. We especially enjoyed watching the boats go by and the peaceful sunsets over the bay. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing trip.The house has three bedrooms and provided plenty of space for our group of seven, plus it’s pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for us. It had all the basic amenities we needed for our stay.That said, the home is very outdated, and there were a few inconveniences—only six towels total, several burnt-out light bulbs, and a stove that only runs extremely hot. The main coffee pot didn’t work, but thankfully a smaller one was available. We also found that some essential kitchen tools, like large skillets and measuring cups, were missing.Communication with the owner was limited, which made things a little tricky at times. But for the price, space, and unbeatable views, we felt it was a good value and a relaxing place to spend time with family and friends. A few updates would really elevate the experience, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.
