Welcome to your private waterfront escape in Cape Coral. Built in 2022, this spacious 2,800+ sq. ft. home blends modern coastal design with calming ocean-inspired tones, creating a relaxed atmosphere from the moment you walk in. With room for up to nine guests, it’s ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, style, and indoor-outdoor living.

The open-concept great room features a large leather sectional and smart TV for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows (please remember to log out upon departure). The modern kitchen is designed for gathering, complete with stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, expansive island seating for six, and dining table seating for eight.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:
•Primary Suite - King bed, smart TV, spacious walk-in closet, private en-suite bath with large shower, and direct access to the lanai.
•Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with closet; full bath with shower/tub just outside the room.
•Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, walk-in closet, private bath with standing shower, and access to lanai/pool area.
•Bedroom 4 - Twin-over-full bunk bed, desk and chair, printer, and family games.

A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the three-car garage - perfect after beach days or pool time.


Outdoor Living:
The screened lanai is the heart of the home. Enjoy a heated pool and spa, comfortable lounge seating with fire table, and sun chairs for soaking up Florida sunshine. Step down to the private dock with tiki hut - a great spot to relax, have a drink or fish.

Please refrain from swimming in the canal. Fishing is permitted; guests must provide their own equipment.

•Pool temperature is set to 86°F.
•Spa maximum temperature is 102°F.
•Spa is turned off prior to arrival; instructions are provided in the home manual.
•Requests for temperatures above preset levels may result in additional fees.

Security cameras monitor exterior entrances and the garage entry for guest safety. A Ring doorbell is also installed.

Our stay was wonderful! Pool and hot tub were clean and perfect sizes. The house was comfortable and a great size for my husband and I and 4 adult children/in-laws. The beds and seating areas were very comfortable. The dining space fit six adults nicely. The outdoor space was functional and roomy allowing for lounging, chatting and dining without feeling crowded. Communication with the host was easy and there was always a very timely response. Highly recommend this property!!

The home was beautiful, it was clean and spacious! The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The master suite was so spacious! The home looked exactly like the listing pictures on the site. The location was also convenient to everything, tons to do and lots of shopping and restaurants! The owners were amazing, I messaged Amy before booking to ask about a safety fence for the pool, she responded and offered to help walk through set up if we needed help. Check in was smooth! Will rebook again!!

Beautiful home in SW Cape!

House was beautiful, clean and stocked with all necessities. Located centrally in Cape Coral with easy access to Ft Myers and the surrounding area. Host was pleasant with great communication. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Gem on the Canal. The house is gorgeous. Every room is decorated perfectly. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. We also had plenty of room to spend time together in the living room, at the large kitchen table, and outside around the pool. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the evening around the fire pit. The pool was perfect for us. We even used the grill one night for a delicious meal. This home was stunning and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The beds were comfortable. Check in was super easy and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions. They were very kind and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this property for your getaway!

Beautiful modern home!

This waterfront home was modern and beautiful in a very nice neighborhood.Beds and furniture were super comfortable. The pool, fire pit and patio furniture were top notch and so enjoyable. There was plenty of room as well as privacy for the whole family with all the supplies we needed. Super fast communication from host.

Great winter getaway

This home was the perfect fit for our family vacation. The living area and kitchen was very spacious and wonderful for family meals and hanging out. Our communication with the owners was prompt and they quickly answered any questions we had. The outdoor space was great! Would love to stay here again!

Great House on the canal

The property was great! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. It has a lot space for hanging out and the pool overlooking the canal was very nice and perfect for a relaxed vacation. Would definitely recommend.

Did Not Disappoint

Even more beautiful than the pictures! Wendy and Dave were very responsive and delightful to deal with. Hot tub and fire pit were wonderful since the weather was record breaking cold. Would definitely recommend this property, and hope to return when the weather cooperates.

Family Trip

I can’t stress enough how awesome these hosts are! We were having a little trouble getting pool heated and they actually called and helped us with process. Then they called back to make sure all was good. All emails or calls were answered promptly. Thank you so much Amy! We have not had that kind of consideration and service with other rentals in the past! We highly recommend anyone wanting a quiet neighborhood to stay here! And to top it off we actually got to see a gator in the canal! Ten stars!!!
