Enjoyed the beauty of the area and the townhouse was upscale with contemporary furnishings, the listing was specific and right on about surrounding restaurants and stores. Parking was a small issue when we had company. Our host Phil was informative and helpful. Thank you, Phil! We were in town for a wedding and Flagstaff was a wonderful place to host the event.

We loved our week in Flagstaff! Such a great town with easy access to the South Rim, Sedona, the trifecta of local National Monuments, Bearizona and the lava tube. Not to mention everything downtown and the Lowell Observatory has to offer.

This was a great gathering spot for the whole family! We had 6 adults and three children and had more than enough room. Plenty of items stocked in the kitchen as well, so we were able to cook some of our meals as well. While the neighborhood isn't walkable, it is a quick drive to everything!

It was a great stay for the weekend. It was comfortable and the accommodations for us worked out well. The place was clean and we didn't have any issues. I would definitely rent again for another weekend trip. Parking is limited for larger-sized vehicles (Yukon, Suburban, etc.) I'd say plan accordingly for larger vehicles.

This place was great. We mainly used it just to sleep and shower as we were out and about doing other activities for our large family reunion. Great location and clean! Super easy check in process.

We could not get into the property despite having the correct code. It was taken care of, but it took a while. We were trying to accommodate the family of the bride for my son‘s wedding

Hiking Flagstaff trip

The apt was very nice, has more than enough beds for our group! The location is close to supermarket and restaurant. We had a little problem with the door code and the owner was very helpful. We definitely will rent this apt again!

Great for a group getaway

We were in Flagstaff for a football tournament and wanted something close to NAU, with room for a couple of families that didn't break the bank. This place was perfect. Everyone had plenty of room, bathrooms, and a nice big kitchen.

Just perfect

We enjoyed the coziness of the living room/kitchen/dining room space, which allowed us all to be together comfortably. The location was great and Phillip was wonderful to work with.

Spring Break

Great location for our family vacation. Easy access to Sedona, Flagstaff, and Grand Canyon. The house listing was accurate and worked great for the 7 of us. The house could’ve been cleaner though. Host response to a couple of issues was very good.

Townhome Life

Property was newer and clean!! Very clean! Secrional was super comfortable for our group to veg out after a day on the slopes. Large kitchen with eveything we needed and quality. Two garage spaces! We have an Expedition and Explorer in there with no issues. Third car parking is a little trickier as there is no driveway. It is a townhome complex. Would stay again without hesitation.

Spacious townhome, quiet neighborhood

Enjoyed our stay at this townhome, very spacious and was able to ski and sled during the day and relax at night. Quiet neighborhood. Very large two car garage. Lots of stairs, so may not be ideal for everyone with the kitchen/living room on main floor and most bedrooms upstairs. Very large comfortable couch in living room. Kitchen has everything we needed. I think what would make it 5 stars would be if it had some outdoor space (theres no yard or patio, just a tiny deck), but we still enjoyed the rental.
