1.downstairs bedroom, sheets had stains.2. Need bathmats in each bathroom.3. Have a box of tissues in bathroom.4. Have little dixicup dispensers in bathroom to brush teeth5. One garage remote did not work. 6. Have more/better pillows available. Overall- great location- pleased with stay. Just little touches to make it better!

Amazing! We loved the house and pool. Only thing that was disappointing was the air hockey table and one of the games would not work due to power cords missing or broken. I get that previous guests were prob hard on stuff. But kids were looking forward to those. Still had lots of fun and very nice house with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room to spread out! Liked having a garage to park as well

My family of 6 had a wonderful time in and around Flagstaff with this townhome as our temporary home. Location was great. The host's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable.With a large family, we often stay at vacation home rentals instead of hotels. This is the type of place we always hope for!

This was a great property in a fantastic location. There was a brief hiccup at check-in but it was quickly resolved. We were in town for NAU graduation and the property gave us easy access to the campus without having to be stuck in traffic all the time for the whole weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Phil's property was perfect for our family! We used it as a homebase while we traveled to Sedona and to the Grand Canyon with 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 4-15). The property was very clean, spacious, and allowed us to cook breakfast and dinner to avoid fast food. It is close to grocery stores and downtown Flagstaff. Phil was so helpful and very responsive! We will recommend this property to all of our friends and family!

Phil's property met our needs. We were a bit disappointed at check in to find that the property does not have the beds as advertised. Instead of one king, two queens, and 4 twins, it actually has one king, one queen, four twins, and one double twin. It accommodated us, but we had to get ahold of Phil to explain the discrepancy. Carpets are somewhat worn and dingy. Thermostat is kept at 80 at check-in, and it took nearly all night the first night to cool down. Other than that, it was a nice property in a good location. Phil was very friendly and helpful.

Hi John sorry to hear you didn't have the best experience. The bed on the main floor is a double-width twin, an odd size but one that works for the room. Unfortunately it's not a size that VRBO lists and I was advised by VRBO to list as a king but list as a queen. The property was vacant for several days prior to your arrival so the AC was turned up - usually it cools down quickly and night time temps in Flagstaff peak out in the low 60's so not sure why it took so long to cool off but will have it looked into thanks for letting me know.

We enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff. It was great to be able to park in the garage. Home was clean. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Could use coffee/tea/sugar and maybe some cheap storage containers. A few games would be fun to have and maybe a deck of cards. It is a beautiful home, thank you for sharing it with travelers.

We loved our week in Flagstaff! Such a great town with easy access to the South Rim, Sedona, the trifecta of local National Monuments, Bearizona and the lava tube. Not to mention everything downtown and the Lowell Observatory has to offer.

This place was great. We mainly used it just to sleep and shower as we were out and about doing other activities for our large family reunion. Great location and clean! Super easy check in process.

Great for a group getaway

We were in Flagstaff for a football tournament and wanted something close to NAU, with room for a couple of families that didn't break the bank. This place was perfect. Everyone had plenty of room, bathrooms, and a nice big kitchen.
