This place was great! The location is perfect, we love staying at the Sundial but this is our favorite stay so far. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, quality cookware and cutlery. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that we had several issues with our keys. Initially our keys didn't work, and then our access to the room got cut off a day early and we had to wait almost an hour for the desk clerk to come and make us new keys. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, and there were more than enough towels. High quality soap and lotion was provided too. Definitely look forward to our next trip here.

Beautiful unit perfect location

The unit was perfect for our family. It is exactly as pictured. Viewing the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony was the highlight of the stay. The beds were very nice and kitchen well appointed. Will definitely stay again! The owner was very responsive and ensured all of our needs were taken care of prior to arrival.

Family retreat in Park City

We had a great time staying at your condo. Location was ideal, parking right below the lodge, ski and boot storage on site and several restaurants within walking distance. We also cooked several meals with the ample supply of kitchen items, crock pots included. Beds were very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. We will be back someday!

Perfect location for a ski trip!!

Sundial is a great place to stay if you're looking to spend time on the slopes! The ski valet is extremely convenient and the staff is super helpful and friendly! This particular accommodation was well stocked in the kitchen and the beds were really comfortable! The owner checked in with us to make sure everything was good to go, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed the hot tubs after long days on the slopes. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again!

Long weekend

I took my 4 kids for a long weekend skiing. This location was fantastic for picking up ski rentals, ski tickets and getting on the gondola. We were able to lunch at the condo and take the gondola back up for afternoon skiing. Perfect location!

A wonderful experience

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Karen’s property. Karen was amazingly helpful for everything from knowledge of the area to settling into her well equiped condo. We will rebook her condo hopefully for next winter. Nothing was a concern and Karen took away any preconceived issues of booking into a ski resort. Thanks Karen, credit to you and your condo.

Wonderful!

Our stay in Park City could not have been better! Staying at this condo in Sundial Resort allows you to be near many family activities. The views of the mountains and resort are beautiful. The condo is an inviting oasis after coming home from the days events. The condo has everything you need! The owner was a phone call or text away, and made sure we were enjoying our time in their home. We will be back for more, as we just scratched the surface on things to do during our stay! I would highly recommend this to my friends.

Great unit and location cannot be beat!

The unit was exactly as described, great layout and well furnished. There were even condiments and kitchen basics left behind on purpose, I thought that was a great idea. Check-in was easy, I communicated with the owner and she agreed to an early check-in for us, no issues. Got settled and was able to get a few runs in on our arrival day. The unit is steps from the gondola so location cannot be beat, my only regret was missing out on all the festivities that go on normally but were cancelled due to Covid. Overall amazing experience, would definitely rent this property again!

Could be a lot cleaner

The sundial lodge is in a great location. Easy walk to the lifts, etc. The view from the room was terrific - corner room with a view onto the large common area at the Canyons. However, the place was a mess. Dog hair all over, mold in the washing machine, ?marinara sauce? spilled in the drawers. Yuck. Wife spent a day off the mountain vacuuming and cleaning it up just so she could sleep the first night. She still won't tell me what she found emptying the vacuum cleaner. Great spot and great unit but when the bellman mentions that 10 people and 2 dogs just checked out of a two bedroom unit then BEWARE. We left after one night and got a suite at the Yarrow/Doubletree. It meant two 8 minute ubers a day but that was a better experience.

This is a lovely corner condo with all the amenities that you would want for a fabulous ski vacation. The property owner is incredibly attentive and the kitchen is well stocked with all the nice things that you would need for a week-long stay. You cannot ask for a more convenient location with easy parking., a ski valet, a short trip down a flight of stairs to a shared hot tub and a wonderful view of all the action. We actually saw a moose on the hill behind the Orange Bubble lift. If there's availability and you can book this place, don't hesitate.

Great Family Resort Location

Wife and I were looking for a long weekend getaway with our kids and this condo rental was perfect. Easy check in/out process with Sundial Lodge and the owner of this property was very responsive when needed leading up to our stay and during. The corner condo unit gave us great views of the mountain and Canyons Village resort. Perfect balcony off the master to relax and we enjoyed watching the last concert of the summer season from it. Great location and experience. We will definitely return.

Wonderful getaway

Karen is a great host - very communicative and responsive. The vistas from the balcony are beautiful and the condo is welcoming, well-appointed and a great location in this area. The Canyons in the summer is low key and that’s just what we were looking for. Area has quick and easy bus system to and from Park City . Great hiking within minutes of the condo. Development has a nice pool that we enjoyed. We will be back!

60th bday boys trip

We had a great time celebrating our 60th birthdays - (4) ex ski bums. The accommodations were perfect, , a definite cornerstone for the trip. Welcome The Sundial Lodge located at The Canyons Village Resort Park City, now operated by Vail Corporation. We live in the Chicago area and have enjoyed The Canyons Resort since its inception. Every year there are amazing new additions and events planned for holiday vacations. This is a two bedroom/ two bath condo facing the best mountain and village views. It is a ture i walk out the door and right on to the lifts, ski rental and resort. This alone makes the trip so enjoyable and the 30 min drive from SLC airport. The large open great room space enables great family time to cook and enjoy gathering around the fireplace. We are fortunate to having many families return yearly so fill up fast on our dates. Looking forward to helping you have a great experience and build memories of your own at The Sundial Lodge.
