5 min Walk to Lifts - Deer Valley

It was overall a good property. We came over the summer so needs are less than when skiing. This property did not have much storage for clothes with no dresser, or closet in one room, while the main room had a dresser and a half. So if we were coming to ski, and maxed out capacity, you would feel crammed. The other disappointing thing about this rental was lack of any cleaning supplies. We ended up needing to buy general purpose cleaner, paper towels, etc to keep the space clean. This is the first rental we’ve had to do this.

Great Place and VERY Responsive Owner

The condo is exactly as pictured and described in the posting. We had a minor issue to contend with during our stay and the owners responded with in minutes to rectify and fix. Was very happy with the stay and would 100% stay again in the future.

Wonderful Deer Valley stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this condo and we love it. The location is perfect (walkable to Silver Lake area), we love the gas fireplace, having a stocked kitchen and hot tub on the balcony! We would absolutely rent again!

Very comfortable stay

Our stay was incredibly comfortable. Our hosts provided a welcome packet with all the information we needed to make our stay stress free. Craig was easy to get in touch with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The condo was clean, modern, and fully stocked. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that is super convenient to skiing, public transport and restaurants.

WONDERFUL Deer Valley condo!

This condo & location were perfect for our family for a 5-day ski trip. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, we especially loved the gas fireplace and hot tub The complimentary ski storage at Silver Lake was awesome. And the ski school was great for the kids. We plan to return to this condo in February 2025!

Amazing Place

Stay here for Presidents Week 2024. Great place for our family. 5 minute walk to lifts at DV. Sad to leave. Can’t wait for our next trip back!!

Quiet with many views!

We LOVED staying in this unit! It was perfect for our family! The condo was clean, well maintained, and well supplied with all kitchen necessities. There were several windows in all rooms to see the beauty outside. The owners were very welcoming and thoughtful. They were thorough with clear information and provided many correspondences prior to our trip. This made it easier to not worry or wonder about our accommodations for our ski trip.

Amazing Ski Location

My wife and I had a wonderful stay for a long ski weekend at Deer Valley. The condo was immaculately clean. The hosts were very responsive, both before and during the stay. The property is an easy 5 minute walk from the lifts. For getting into town, the free bus stop is directly across the street. Also, the hot tub on the porch was delightful after a hard day of skiing.

Perfection!

The cabin was lovely, clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated. Perfect location for easy walk to lifts. The little Christmas tree was a special touch for our pre-Christmas getaway. Communication from owner was timely and provided all the right info. Thank you!

Great location

We had a nice stay for an October. Be aware there is no one on premises to help but we had nice communication through the property manager. The elevator was not running for our stay so climbing the 4 flights of stairs with groceries and luggage was not fun but we made it work! Beautiful setting. Greatly stocked!

Our family has been coming to Deer Valley and Park City for many years, and it has been a dream of ours to have a place of our own that we can use and share here in Silver Lake Village. From the first day skiing here in Deer Valley--30 years ago-- we couldn't help but be impressed by the ambiance here at the village. In particular, there were 2 things (little touches) that we remember from that first day skiing here... back in the 80's ... in Deer Valley that remain to this day:

There was a soft snow falling, and we were just getting ready to take our first 'chair lift' of the day when one of the ski lift attendants quietly and professionally, and with a smile, swept the accumulating snow off our seats just as we were about to sit down. As we looked back, we noticed that all of the guests/skiers were receiving this beyond-the-call-of-duty treatment! Wow! What a nice touch...

Another touch: Deer Valley was serving meals on real plates and with real silverware (not paper plates and plastic utensils) ... something that was unheard of at the time in the 1980's... at least at ski resorts..

So much for the old memories ... and here's to the new memories yet to be lived!
