Exceptionally spacious and luxurious direct ocean front condo at the South Hampton resort within the popular and unique Kingston Plantation. Sip your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your own large and private master bedroom balcony. Amenities include full bathroom with double sink vanity and steam shower, spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless internet and more! This is a fully non-smoking property. Interior was recently updated to remove all "popcorn" ceilings and replaced with smooth!
Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre ocean front community with 12 acres of freshwater lakes (bring your fishing rods), lush landscaping, mature trees, rolling wooded terrain, walking trails, beautiful dunes, one-half mile of white sand, secluded beach and 24/7 gated and roaming security.
All furnishings, bedding, etc. are like-new. Don't pay more for a unit that is only ocean view and not nearly as clean or nice as this special penthouse condo.

I have lived in and been a full-time Realtor in Myrtle Beach since 1983. My home is just outside the gates of Kingston Plantation adjacent to the Arcadian Shores Golf Course. I will personally check you in when you arrive and make sure that everything is clean and ready for your arrival. I own this condo and also one just south at Pelican's Landing on Shore Drive. It is also direct oceanfront and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and can be viewed by using 7861 in the VRBO Search Bar.

Kingston Plantation is like no other resort on the Grand Strand. The natural beauty of this 145 acre property with it's park vistas, gardens and lakes will "Wow" you as soon as you enter! The half-mile of oceanfront beach is much wider than most areas along the Grand Strand affording plenty of room and privacy for your beach time. The direct and coastline views from the large balconies of this condo are unparalleled and you'll be thankful that you choose direct oceanfront for your vacation!
