The unit is wonderful. It has a fantastic view of the ocean. Everything worked perfectly and everything was in good condition and matched the pictures. The property is very nice. 2 pools, and easy access to the beach. The unit has beach chairs, umbrellas, a nice beach wagon to care it all in. There are coolers and beach toys. The lagoon in front of the property is quiet and perfect for all day fun. Easy access to bathroom facilities rental if beach items such as Sups. The property is in between the Marriott and Disney/4 seasons. It is an easy walk to both. It was a perfect place to enjoy our vacation! Underground parking and a helpful staff was a bonus. The property manager was very prompt and helpful with a few minor items.

Our stay was fantastic—the location was perfect, we felt completely safe, and our 12-year-old loved feeding the koi fish. The beach was exactly what we hoped for: not too crowded or wavy, and great for snorkeling, swimming, and playing catch. The two-bedroom, two-bath unit was ideal for our family, and the well-stocked kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals in and save on Oahu’s high food costs.

Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Beach Villa Property. The grounds are fantastic and our family spent the major of each day at the lagoon and the pool. The pathway to the other resort properties was such a lovely walk, and there are stores and restaurants within walking distance. The golf course across the street was gorgeous and we had a great time playing there. You would never need to leave the Ko Olina resort if you chose not to. What a wonderful week!

One of my favorite trips!

We stayed at this villa over spring break and had a wonderful time! Beautiful view - amazing sunsets. The lagoon was perfect for swimming with our kids. This place was one of the most kid-friendly places we have stayed. We walked everywhere - to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee. We hope to come back very soon!

We have stayed at Beach Villas at Ko Olina more than ten times and this unit was exactly as listed. The condo is well stocked with cooking appliances, dishes, and the closet had plenty of snorkel equipment, beach chairs, sand toys, and even a large and small cooler. All the furniture is in great condition And the unit was spotless.

We have stayed at the Beach Villas for many years, and this is our favorite villa. We particularly appreciate the excellent communication with the property management. Beautiful and not too busy

Our rental property exceeded our expectations. The unit had everything we needed including lots of beach equipment that was great to use. We are longtime Kaanapali beach travelers and Ko Olina had everything we would expect for this class of resort, but really was less crowded for the summer season. Loved it here.

Awesome location and a very spacious lanai with great views from all around. Lagoon 2 was very nice and an excellent location to visit neighboring two lagoons which was necessary because of unexpected sand pushing. The pool was nice and the pool bar was excellent with live music in the evening The unit was spacious and the elevator was impressi ely fast, but the furniture was worn out and dusty, matresses also outdated, and there was also not enough storage. Overall property excellent, but the unit would do better with some furniture replacement (brighter colors if possible) and cleanliness. Would still consider visiting the place again!

Hi Yenna, Thank you for the feedback, and I'm glad you had a nice stay. It's great that you enjoyed our lanai views, and the live music at the poolside bar. I wish I'd known during your stay the unit needed more cleaning attention, so I could have sent the cleaners back. Next time, it's really no bother, as we want to ensure your comfort. We haven't had other comments about the mattresses, but will definitely check them out along with your other tips. We hope to host you again. Mahalo!
