This is the perfect little vacation home for your Rehoboth Beach vacation at any time of year! 2 BR, 2 BA condo is located in beautiful Grande at Canal Point, which offers 2 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, clubhouse and playground for the kids... and it's all within biking (and even walking distance, to the beach, boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth Beach. You can even hop on the nearby bike trail which can take you to historic Lewes, the Cape Henlopen State Park or the Gordon's Pond State Park. What fun you will have bringing your furry best friend to the beach... Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a minimum $300 pet fee. (ask about fees and restrictions.) 'You'll find all the conveniences you need in the condo... W/D, DW, CAC, Keurig coffeemaker, smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows, and even an electric fireplace for off-season stays! Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guest pays a $130.00 cleaning fee for all stays. NO smoking. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quoted amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks.
