Beautiful view! The grounds are impressively maintained. Clean and comfortable unit. We throughly enjoyed the pool. The location was ideal for travel into Rehoboth and out to the Coastal Highway! Highly recommend!

This is a very well maintained property. The rooms were clean, spacious and filled with amenities. There were five adults and one 17 year old in our party and we were very comfortable. The swimming pool and gym were only a few steps away and we made extensive use of them, We would definitely stay in this condo again. Communication with Danielle was quick and effortless. The location was great. It was a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk and the Junction and Breakwater Trail was a less than five minute bike ride away. All and all, great property, great location, great stay!

Danielle's place is truly lovely! She has everything you need and then some. The place is furnished beautifully and the location is perfect. Right off Route 1 but still private. We used the gym and the pool. And the pool is a nice size - not small like many are in these developments. We loved that there were linens, towels, and even beach towels - these are things we normally have to tote down ourselves. She really has thought of everything. Thoughtful owner and wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Very nice and clean condo with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Great location 5 min drive to beach and boardwalk. Loved the availability of beach chairs to use. Great stay will definitely stay here again.

Great place and location

The place is in a great location, has all the things we need, provides linens and even had a highchair for our grandchild. We have stayed there the last few years and the owner is great to work with. We enjoy staying there and look forward to it each year.

This is a beautiful condo in a community we love! I was happy to see the two wicker chairs in the LR (online pics)were upgraded to more comfortable upholstered chairs. The beds are already made which is a plus, except that the master bed sheets weren’t quite large enough and were microfiber so they slipped off the bed several times through the night. We ran up to Walmart and bought cotton sheets which worked perfectly. Another bedroom had a plastic crinkly mattress cover, we had to remove that to get a good night’s sleep. The kitchen and baths were very clean. The glass lampshades and glass tables needed dusting. I know the owner would have called the cleaners back, but we preferred to take care of this ourselves once we were settled in. This unit is well stocked with everything you will need for your vacation. We left a cellphone behind and called the owner who responded immediately and arrangements were made to get it back to us. We would like to stay here again!

Really nice place. Super easy check-in and clear instructions for check-out. Beautiful modern kitchen and bathrooms. The owner is really thoughtful providing beach towels, toys, board games, info about Rehoboth. Whole development is quiet, very well kept. Nice large community pool just a short walk away. Great week!

Beautifully efficient, clean and spacious!

This was our second stay at this property and it's wonderfully appointed. Games for the kids, 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 Baths, it's great for families who enjoy staying together. Love it!

Great condo for families!

My husband and teenaged kids and I stayed at Danielle’s condo and absolutely loved it! There’s lots of room to spread out, a well-stocked kitchen, and so much to do nearby, just minutes from the beach and the outlets. We will be back!

Very comfortable place

The property and neighborhood were beautiful and very close to everything. We did have to drive to the beach, but finding parking was not bad for $2 an hour. Plus, you can download the parking app and pay and add time online. Definitely pet friendly. My dogs loved their stay.

Spring escape

Canal Pointe is a nice ,clean and quite location. The condo was as described and was tastefully decorated. We had a small issue with a leaky toilet that was immediately dealt with by Danielle. She was very pleasant and easy to communicate with, and very responsive to our needs.

We had a great time. My only comment would be the lack of cooking equipment. Basic spices, larger saute pan. Not that we would have done a lot of cooking, but it would be nice to have that option.
