This absolutely beautiful place
located at Seafern Condominium Daytona Beach Shores is perfect for your long or short term vacation! It is located on the 5th floor directly in the center of this only three wide condo, direct oceanfront privacy, on the NO DRIVE beach! If you would like to drive in the beach access to the beach ramp is only two doors over.
All newly Decorated with brand
new bedroom furniture, beds, new living room couches
and chairs!
Other things to note:
There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony’s . Please go out back if you must smoke :)

The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The property was exactly as expected. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the furniture was new and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which was expansive and provided a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach. The condo location was perfect! It was located on the no drive section of the beach but within walking distance to the pier. We were able to view dolphins from the balcony and as a bonus we watched several launches from Cape Canaveral as well. There was even a reserved parking space which was very convenient. We’ve stayed in several different units in this building in the past and this unit was one of the best. We’ll definitely be back.

Enjoyable beach vacation

Mom and I had a good time staying in this condo. Beautiful ocean view and large balcony! Very comfortable bed in second bedroom that has replaced one of the bunk beds. Could use some new cushions on balcony furniture. Great place to stay all in all!

Beach paradise

Location was perfect. Clean and spacious condo. One thing I would change would be have a tv in second bedroom. The rugs got on the way a lot almost fell a couple of times so we stored them out the way. Five star’s regardless, was a perfect stay with an amazing view.

Great location.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and great view Large balcony which we loved. Place was very clean. Would stay here again. Hand soap and tissues in the bathroom would be a nice added touch.

Lovely condo

The condo was very clean and well kept and very accommodating it was decorated beautifully there was plenty of room for our family the host Mrs Jill responded to all questions in a timely manner the condo had everything needed for a perfect vacation we really enjoyed the view and the large balcony and yes we would definitely rent again Mrs Simpson

Left critical information until day of stay.

The condo is newly renovated I n a great spot in the No drive section of Daytona Shores. However, we weren’t told there was no AC in the condo until the morning of our stay. 2 portable units were put in but it was inadequate. One of the units leaked all over the floor, even after meeting emptied and a full alarm would constantly go off. Our kids ended up showering in the living room. After contacting the owner, someone came in and took both of the units while we were out. We were also told the pool was being worked on but should be open during our stay. It did not. This was also misleading as the whole deck was closed and there wasn’t Beach access.

Balcony was AMAZING!

The beach and balcony’s were great. The condo itself was also very nice and comfortable. I had my three teenagers and they enjoyed our stay as well. I did not realize that there was so much damage from the hurricane and that the pool would not be useable (it is in the process of being repaired, though no work was done while we were there for 5 days) and there was no AC which could make the temps inside uncomfortable at times. We enjoyed our stay overall.
