Welcoming, open and relaxing, Villa Buenos Tiempos blends the spirit of modern luxury with tributes of traditional Costa Rican culture. The spacious living areas blur the lines between interior and exterior, so you enjoy light mountain breezes moving through every room, a view of the infinity pool throughout the house and a breathtaking ocean view.

The main house features both an inspired indoor living room and an outside gathering space for watching TV and the ocean. You will enjoy four expertly appointed and private king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a laundry room and a private home office for those on a work / play vacation.
The guest house includes a luxurious primary bedroom / bathroom suite, a fully appointed kitchen, and a lovely gathering space with views of the infinity pool and ocean.
Outside, the villa’s private gated entrance from a paved road (no need for a 4WD!) leads to a large, secure parking area for multiple cars, including a covered area for two cars. A dedicated exercise area connects to the inviting outside shower with exquisite views of the ocean.

We appreciate your understanding as you embrace the beauty of this vibrant ecosystem.
POOL MAINTENANCE
🧼 The maintenance team will require access to the house on those days. (Tuesdays & Fridays)
IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER
Being located in the jungle, power outages can occur from time to time due to falling branches or other weather-related issues.
Additionally, the local water supply comes from nearby springs, which can occasionally experience interruptions.
We kindly ask guests to keep this in mind as part of the rural and natural experience of staying in this beautiful area.
Feel safe when staying at Villa Buenos Tiempos! The property has security cameras in the outside areas that cover the gate, garage and garden. As well the alarm system is activated when you leave the house.
In addition, the community is monitored by a private security company that has multiple cameras on the road.
