Free parking (parking spot available)The Condo is fully tastefully furnished and decorated. This renovated unit is made to accommodate families of up to 4 adults and one child . Have a great stay!

Lovely condo would highly recommend . Plenty of good quality beach chairs. umbrella, beach toys towels etc.Excellent communication with owner. Good location to the beach and shopping mall . If we’re ever back in the area would definitely stay here again.Joy from UK

Started out rough

Some communication issues with check-in, but over all stay was great. Great view!!! There was some construction going on outside, but it was just the last 2 days and didn't interfere with sleep. The pool is amazing!!!

Sunny Isles in March

Great property! Property manager was very responsive and friendly. Just a short walk to the beach. The ground floor of the building has a coffee shop and convenience store. The only drawbacks are the check-in process was lengthy and the parking is a little confusing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Sunny Isles

Apartment was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. David has a beach comber wagon and 4 beach chairs for his guests to use which came in really handy. Check in was easy (make sure you know your license plate number or have a pic of it) and parking was in a reserved spot in front of the building. There's a mini-mart grocery store on the lobby level of the building for all the food or necessities you need. Would love to stay here again!

Great vacation at lovely location

Had a great vacation at this very nice condominium. Clean and well stocked, nice area, good communication with owner. Would 100% rent again.

Doresca’s Spring Break

Everything went well. We liked the place. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the money from our balcony. The only thing there was a unit to our left on the 7th floor where a bunch of young men were smoking weeds constantly from the balcony. That prevented us from spending too much time on the balcony.

Again: Stuck in the elevator - but otherwise petrfect.

Johannah and David helped wonderfully with the organization : and we enjoyed the well -kept apartment and hope to be back again.

Great view and comfortable apartment

Very nice property with ocean front views. One block from beach, busy property but we'll maintained. Unit looks recently refurbished and comfortable. Cons needs more cookware (only 1 quart size pots. and few glasses and plates (3 wine glasses). Could use better drapes to keep out light. Other than that highly recommend.
