Floor was swept, but I don't think it was mopped recently. Unfortunately the balcony was closed due to the building getting painted. Had good amenities. Short walk across the street to the beach. Definitely somewhat dated, but overall I would stay again.

Unfortunately, no respite due to the ignorant construction site

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there from October 19th to 23rd. The apartment is spacious and offers plenty of room. Everything you need is provided. Unfortunately, a light switch and electrical outlet in the bedroom and bathroom are not properly secured, making them dangerous to use. We also only learned three days before our arrival that an exterior concrete renovation program would be taking place there in the fall of 2025, and that there could be noise and balcony closures during that week. And that's exactly what happened. It was almost unbearable. The stay was anything but relaxing. It's a shame, as we traveled from Germany to enjoy our vacation. Unfortunately, that didn't work out.

O apartamento é um pouco antigo, mas amplo. No dia da chegada, recebi a mensagem que a máquina de lavar louças tinha quebrado, mas que chegaria uma pessoa para consertar. A pessoa só chegou 3 dias depois (num total de 5 dias que eu ficaria) e tivemos que lavar louça por 3 dias. Teve 1 dia que ficamos a manha toda sem água, por questão de obra no condomínio.

The location and amenities are beautiful. The pool was one of our favorite events. There’s a park right next door that my kids loved. It is an easy walk to the beach. The communication with Ben and Mario and the property manager was very effective.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, good communication, and spacious condo. However we needed to buy coffee, some cooking oil, and spices for the stay because they weren’t provided. So, I would take away 0.5 star because of these minor inconveniences.

Beautiful Sunny Isles!

Wanted a place close to Golden Beach to visit family. This two bedroom unit was close by, clean and convenient. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and concerns. The building management changed the construction schedule and we had to let them in. The hosts were very accommodating and worked with us.. Thank you for your hospitality.

March get away

Property had construction work in progress which unfortunately affected the visual appearance of the environment. We were not made aware of this construction prior to booking or arriving. Wasn’t awful just noisy and inconvenient with access in and out of the building. The location was great, easy walk to the beach. Apartment was well represented re rooms and plenty of space. The beach chairs and towels provided were extremely helpful and made the daily beach visits fantastic! Floors weren’t that clean. Overall I’d recommend staying here. The property owner was in communication with us on the day we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed and provided additional information on the are and things to do. Weather was amazing!!

Spring Break vacation 2025

We loved the location of the condo very close to the beach, 6 min walk. The unit had everything you need in the kitchen. However, the dishwasher needed servicing. The fobs didn’t work as the building is under renovation, security was not up to par and the banging started as of 9 a.m. The condo was clean, the washrooms need TLC. The manager was available for any questions and concerns. I would recommend this unit.

Bare Minimum

I understand that this is a rental property but essential there was bare minimum in the unit. The property manager was great and was available and responded quickly during our stay. Not sure I would stay again.

Pre-Cruise Stay

Lovely 3 night stay before getting on a cruise ship. Apartment was perfect and we really enjoyed the pool area. The coffee shop and little convenience store on premises were perfect. Would definitely stay again.
