This colorful and comfortable condo is perfect if you want to relax in the warmth and sunshine beside the pool or on your private patio this holiday season. If you play the piano, you'll love the baby grand. Do you love shopping, walking, biking, hiking, or eating out? You'll find it all nearby.
Guests love that the two ensuites are located at the opposite ends of the condo, giving guests ample privacy. Bedroom one provides a King bed, great closet space, a TV, and a desk. Bedroom two has a Queen bed, 60" 3D, smart TV, and surround sound system. The open living/dining room sports a 65" TV, a fireplace, a dining table for 6, a wet bar, comfy leather recliners, and a leather couch.
The kitchen provides stainless steel appliances and a sundry of small appliances for your cooking pleasure.
Are you bringing the dog? There are lovely green belts around the condo and the neighborhood to be explored.

After 56 years in the midwest and retirement, I chose beautiful Palm Springs as my destination for life. I had visited here many times before moving here, so I was well aware of the weather, the leisure opportunities (walking in the sunshine, hiking, biking, pool time, social gatherings, galleries, golf, theater, etc.,) and aware of the community, and its diversity, as well as all the points of interest in the area. I love living in Palm Springs.

I hope you come, relax, explore and enjoy Palm Springs from the comfort of this villa condo. From here, you can walk to shops, the post office, restaurants, and even a nightclub (The Purple Room, which features live entertainment throughout the week). Or jump in your car and be downtown or at the airport within 10 minutes. Give yourself an hour or so and you can be in the mountains visiting the snow if you so desire.
