-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External guest rental agreement to be signed electronically

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-Motion sensor surveillance camera facing main exterior entry through sliding door on patio



Guest Access:

Once on Lawrence Crossley Rd, enter Montecinto Dr, right on Arrayo Rd, first right, then left in parking structure, Unit #7 is located on the right side. Parking spaces that are not numbered your welcome to use!



Other Things to Note:

Two community pools provided. One community pool does not have spa. Tennis and pickle ball courts available.
