House Rules & Policies (Strictly Enforced):

No Pets: Per HOA regulations, guests are not permitted to bring pets.
No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property, including the balcony and all common areas.
Access: This unit is on the second story and requires climbing three flights of stairs (no elevator).
Vehicle Restrictions: HOA rules prohibit commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, campers, snowmobiles, or boats.
No A/C: Typical for the Rockies, we do not have central air. We provide fans and suggest opening windows to enjoy the crisp mountain air.
Minimum Age: Primary guest must be at least 26 years old to reserve.

A basic starter supply is provided to help you get settled, including:
Paper products (TP, paper towels)
Dishwasher & laundry detergent
Bath amenities (Soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion)
Coffee supplies
Guests planning a longer stay are encouraged to restock at a local grocery store.

We were able to cross country ski at the Nordic center in town. What a great facility. We also did a couple of great hikes with crampons instead of snowshoeing.The condo is located in an easy in/out location. Centrally located to everything we did. We ate in Frisco, Breckenridge, and Silverthorne. Loved the area, and I’m letting everyone know.The condo was clean and spacious. Six of us turned to four, but there still would have been plenty of space.The digital guide the rental company sent me was full of great information for the area and surrounding towns.

The condo was spacious for 4 adults and 3 children. It was well stocked with amenities and well appointed. The view of the mountains and the lake was incredible. It was close to skiing and stores. The management company was very attentive. If I could say anything negative, it would be the garage is hard to get in and out of for a larger vehicle.

Frisco house

We had a quick Guys weekend at this condo. The location is great, near the highway and not far from downtown Frisco. Mountain and Lake Dillon views are beautiful. The only slight negative on this property are the stairs. This is a second floor unit that seems more like a third floor.

Good view, nice comfortable unit, but too many stairs

Very nice, easy to get to location. Great view, the unit is very well appointed, super clean, and very comfortable beds. However, one issue we didn't care for was all the stairs to carry luggage, groceries, and ski boots / equipment up. Being 70 years old, we still love skiing, but I'd rather not make multiple trips up 3 flights of stairs lugging everything needed for our stay. Guess I'm just getting lazy in my older years!One other minor annoyance was the check in process. We were not informed until 3 days prior to check in that we would get an access code the day of check in, via email and/or text message. I've had instances before where cellular service in the mountains was spotty, inconsistent, or simply non-existent. To rely on literally a last-minute notification of instructions and access code made me very uncomfortable.Otherwise, the property was very nice, and communication with a management company representative was quite good - friendly and professional.

Great place

The listing is super accurate, and place is great! The only draw back is the times.. it's starting to feeling like you pay so much money to rent these places and the Check in times are getting later and later and the check out times are earlier and earlier .. couldn't Check in till 4:30 and had to Check out by 10:00 a.m. makes it super unenjoyable to be in such timelines and pay this amount of money ..felt like we couldn't relax.

Christmas trip

Everything was very close and easily accessible. Condo had breathtaking views, kitchen was well stocked ( as we cooked everyday of our stay). Only thing I didn't like was the bedroom on main level with queen bed did not have a tv and that garage doesn't lead you into condo. You have to climb 3 outdoor flights of stairs with all your luggage and belongings.

Great Stay

Overall we had a wonderful time here. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we could think of including spices. I enjoyed a walk out to the lake and intontown.

Wrong codes and address

We spent the first hour of our stay looking for the correct unit,and building. Then the access codes were incorrect. Finally after two calls to very helpful people we finally got a key out. The only problem hint I could say would’ve made the stay better is ceiling fans need to be added because the sun through those beautiful windows is intense and even after opening the windows it was SO hot. Too hot to sleep. One more thing, perhaps mention to the cleaning crew to not show up before check out. Otherwise it is an amazing unit.

Nice place, as advertised

Check in was easy, communication from property manager was good regarding door codes and rules and general property info. Place was very comfortable. I enjoyed the fireplace! So many rentals have cheap mattresses, the ones in this place were excellent. The kitchen was nice size and well appointed. The view from back windows was the best! Would stay again. Parking was good. We did not use garage because it was kind of narrow and did not want to damage car or garage. Overall the place was perfect and we liked it very much. Only a short drive to most of the important stuff in Frisco. Very short drive to copper mountain. Can’t wait to return to Colorado.

Family ski trip

Great location! Spent time at Copper & Breckenridge. Condo had everything we needed, plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed the view and taking morning walks on the Frisco recreational trail.

The early morning hike behind the condo was one of one of my favorite parts of trip. We even saw a moose!The one thing I should mention is the upstairs bedroom is like a loft with no wall, only a shade, closing it off from the downstairs. We might not have rented it had we realized that, but no regrets. The view was so good!

Amazing Condo

We rent a condo every year for our family vacation and this was the best unit we have had. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. The management company reached out several times to check in and see if we needed anything. Hope we can stay here again next year.

Beautiful home within driving distance of several ski resorts

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
