This three bedroom, three bathroom, multi-level condo sleeps seven across three king beds, and one twin bed. It features two primary suites, a spacious living area with a gas fireplace, two private balconies and incredible views overlooking the Dillon Reservoir and mountains. This rental includes access a shared hot tub and a private garage + driveway with dedicated parking for two vehicles and plenty of storage for skis and bicycles. Ideally located just steps away from the Summit County bike/walk path and free summit shuttle, minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, Frisco adventure park and historic Frisco Main Street; you are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.

As you head up the two flights of stairs to enter the unit, you walk through the first balcony area. Just beyond the entryway is the updated full-size kitchen offering granite countertops and all the essential cookware and tableware to make a delicious meal. Past the kitchen is the dining area featuring a beautiful wooden dining table with seating for eight. There is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The open concept living area has ample seating, a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling and access to the main private balcony. Head outside to soak in the crisp mountain air and savor the breathtaking views of the Dillon Reservoir.

Also on this level is the second primary suite, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, pantry, coat closet, and laundry room. The second primary suite offers a king size bed, sitting area, vaulted ceiling, en suite bathroom and large windows allowing for great light to flow in and incredible views to be enjoyed. The en suite bathroom offers a granite countertop single sink vanity plus a shower and bathtub combination. The guest bedroom features a king size bed, a twin size bed and a dedicated workspace. There is an additional guest bathroom just outside this room featuring a walk-in shower and granite countertop. In the hallway is a laundry closet with an oversized stackable washer, dryer and separate coat closet.

Heading upstairs to the loft level, you will find yourself in the spacious primary suite. This oversized bedroom offers a king size bed, en suite bathroom and large windows on either side allowing you to fully appreciate the views this property has to offer.
