The Hidden Blue Point "La Chakra" A Stunning Ocean View Cottage.

Welcome to La Chakra! Our sunlight affording comfort, stylish, and privacy cottage.
"La Escondida Punta Azul" (The Hidden Blue Point) is located 12 miles up-north of San Pedro (Ambergris Caye). The area is mostly known as the Blue Point since it has very close to the reef! A stunning view of the sunset and sunrise off the reef on relaxing beach house!
The property is fully private for a family of eight. Our main level consist of a living room with one sofa bed, dining room, full equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a king size bed with one bath with shower.
The upper level loft consist with (2) two bedroom, each room with a queen size bed with a second bathroom.
A family size outdoor private pool of approximately 6ft depth with a tropical atmosphere with a regular size palapa with beach chairs!

Amazing stay, peaceful, and beautiful area

We went for spring break and daughters 16th birthday trip. April 2024. We had never been to Belize but wanted a house and not in town. Well this is definitely not in town. 12 miles north along the coast, and secluded.(3 houses close by). House a little rustic but has AC and WiFi. Pool was nice to have though found couldn't really swim in ocean off deck. Was better to go up coast a bit. Having never been to Belize,we took 15 min flight to San Pedro and were greeted by Karen with our golf cart and she helped us escort bags to house. Yes a golf cart, the preferred method of travel in San Pedro. Sergio was waiting to greet us at the house to answer any questions. Being farther out it was nice to have the escort since started to get dark. But I will tell you these people were so amazing and nice. We were so grateful after long day of traveling from Seattle. Karen even helped us at grocery store before going to house. The communication was all thru Whatsapp and they always responded quickly. Good restaurant just couple miles south (El Norte) and owner so nice and great food. Couple of close grocery places as well. We didn't find going back to San Pedro that big of deal for excursions it was kind of nice driving down coast and out of the crazy golf cart, motorcycle, and foot traffic haha. Loved our entire stay although wish it was longer. We also used Karen for the excursions (Dee Kay's under the sea adventure tours) and we did snorkeling, Mayan ruins, and cave tour.

Wonderful stay

Such a wonderful stay! Loved the layout of the house. Sergio was a great property manager. Winfield was very helpful any time we needed. The house is very far north so we planned accordingly for meals, although the house could use a few more kitchen items to really make things easier. It needs some measuring cups, measuring spoons, some larger size pots/pans, cookie sheet and a spatula. We will definitely be booking again!

Amazing! "Heaven On Earth"!

This was absolutely one of the most beautiful places that we've ever been and seen! Inside the house and out!! Only 12 miles north of bustling San Pedro town. Approximately 40 minutes by golf cart but absolutely well worth it for the pristine serenity. Serjio and his team were EXTREMELY helpful with whatever we needed. Just 20 minutes north of the house was Blue Point where you can actually experience the barrier reef meeting the shoreline. AMAZING!!!! We can’t wait to return!
