Our GOLD STANDARD 2 Bed/2 Bath condo with PENTHOUSE views is part of the up-and-coming Sunset Caribe Belize Resort. You will have the comforts of our full kitchen, living area, 2 spacious bedrooms and most importantly our relaxing balcony. You will have expansive views, overlooking the Cayes or Bayside of San Pedro, from EVERY room. The Sunset views are simply breathtaking. See FAQ's BELOW:
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
We are an easy 1.5 mile golf cart ride North of San Pedro. Our resort, Sunset Caribe, is located nicely between the fun of downtown San Pedro and the popular attractions, beach vibes and luxury of Northern Ambergris Caye.
*Please note - The construction of our condo and building is finished. However, there may be construction noise North of our building as they complete the final construction phase in our complex. You may hear construction noise between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm. Thankfully, we haven't received any complaints but we want you to be aware. Thanks so much for understanding.
As part of the "Caribeville" community, you will have access to several services.
• The San Pedro Urgent Care building is a four story facility which includes the private clinic offering medical services to the public during regular business hours and 24 hour emergency care to owners and guests.
• The Spa and Salon is also located in the San Pedro Urgent Care building.
• Rain Restaurant (located at the top of the "Rain" building) is known for its outstanding Caribbean and American cuisine with seating in a covered yet open environment. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Aqua Restaurant (located inside on the 3rd floor of the "Rain" building) is known for sushi and seafood. Don't miss sushi night!
• Beach Basket Grocery (located on 1st floor of the "Rain" building) is the onsite small grocery store and also includes beer, wine and liquor as well as grocery and provisioning services prior to your arrival.
• Sun Brew Cafe - serving specialty coffee, sandwiches, pastries and desserts! Located in the front lobby.
• Fitness Center - the largest gym on the island! Located above the front lobby with beautiful views!

- Bathrooms have a large walk in shower, hair dryer, make-up mirror as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
- Living room includes a queen sleeper sectional, 57 inch smart TV and SONOS speaker

• Full refund if cancelled 15+ days prior to arrival date.
• 50% refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date.
• No refund if cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival date.
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY (DECEMBER 21st - JANUARY 2nd):
• A deposit equal to 40% plus tax is required at the time of booking.
• Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

- Are there bugs/mosquitoes in Belize? Yes, Belize is a tropical location. Fortunately, the breezes on Ambergris Caye help to keep them at bay! Sand flies, or noseeums are tiny creatures that bite like mosquitos and may become bothersome with little to no breeze. We recommend traveling with insect repellant.

We have been to numerous Caribbean islands and keep returning to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. So when buying a place in the Caribeville community became possible, we didn't hesitate! We feel that Grand Caribe & Sunset Caribe are easily the nicest and best built resorts on Ambergris Caye. The location single-handedly surpasses all others. While San Pedro is a short golf cart ride away, there are several restaurants/bars within walking distance of the condo. We feel that renting a golf cart (the primary mode of transportation) is a must! Exploring all the island has to offer is half the fun! Fortunately, cruise ships only dock at the mainland which we feel preserve Ambergris' laid back setting. You can be as active or as relaxed as you wish. The resort strives to have exceptional service and provide everything you're hoping for in a vacation. So whether you wish to spend the day enjoying the ocean, exploring the island, relaxing at the spa or lounging by the pool, the service personnel and tour guides will take excellent care of you!

Inside, we've attempted to furnish our condo with all of the comforts and amenities of home. Then we love our custom Belize furniture and artwork from our favorite local artist displayed throughout.
