Come stay in one of Red’s most spacious town homes at Redstone Chalets. Located in Red Mountain Village, about an 8 minute walk to the run in ski boots. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3 level home will meet all of your entertaining and vacation needs. Perfect for a mountain biking trip as well with a secure garage to lock your bikes!
Downstairs, there is a large entry for all your boots and jackets. Plenty of storage in the garage to keep your gear safe. Private laundry, a 3 piece bath with a shower and a bedroom with a queen bed.
The main floor is open concept so you’re still part of the party when you’re cooking. Fully stocked kitchen. 4 seater dining table, with 3 bar stools on the island. Large living room with lots of comfy seating to play games, catch up with friends or catch a movie. Decks on either side of the house so you can get sunshine no matter where it is.
On the top floor, you’ll find a very generous master that has a queen bed, 3 piece ensuite and TV,. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has 1 double bed. New linens throughout the property.
Parking for 2 cars, if one is in the garage. Sorry, no pets.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
*Bookings 27 nights and longer are tax exempt. Get in touch for details
