New Property! Comfortable property located in El Trapiche Condo just 5 minutes drive from La Fortuna downtown. It features a private pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, BBQ area, WiFi, Cable TV, private parking, fully equipped kitchen and volcano view. The condo has 24/7 security, commons areas to relax and enjoy. Excellent home base to explore La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano main attractions that we will be glad to help you with information and our free planning service.

The property is completely private for our guests, private parking on site up to 3 cars, private swimming pool with Volcano view and BBQ area.

The house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: One double bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with two single beds
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with one double bed, one single bed and a roll away bed.
Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, smart TV with IPTV, green areas around the house and just 5 minutes drive to downtown La Fortuna.

We offer FREE PLANNING SERVICE for your transportation and tours in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, just let us know what you would like to do and we will help you to organize your vacations in our country with excellent rates and service. Once you book our property we will send you a detailed document with information about activities, transportation and more things about La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area.
We have a small Tour Office named The House of Tours, which can organize any transportation from/to La Fortuna and any place in Costa Rica with bilingual drivers, comfortable units with A/C (Toyota Hi-Ace or Hyundai H1 2017/2018/2019 models) and excellent customer service. Also we can help you plan your tours in La Fortuna with the best rates, just let us know what you have on your mind and we will help you creating an itinerary during your stay.

Once you book we will send you our Welcome Message with has our Welcome Kit with important information about La Fortuna, safety measures, general information about La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area and our Tour Book.

If you already have an idea of the activities you want to do just send us an email to info@arenalhomes or info@thehouseoftours.com and we will send you a detailed itinerary with options offering special rates paying by card or cash.

You can check our Tour Book and send us an email to start working in your itinerary options.

Once you decided the activities we will proceed with the reservations and you will pay on arrival day by card or cash, we will keep your reservations until your arrival NO prepayment need it.

Our CASH and CARD rates are the best ones in the area, even paying with Card you will have a 5 to 15% discount in our tour rates.

Amazing place

This rental is amazing. The view and the diner place outside makes all the difference while the kids enjoy the swimming pool. Its very clean and safe. Its 5 minutes from everything and the house has everything you need. We will return for sure

Love this place

Perfect location near town, the volcano and near all the activities. We loved the pool and outdoor seating! The communication was easy and so helpful.

Excellent 3Br house in LaFortuna

My huband, myself and 2 sons (ages 18 and 20) staryed at Villa Ensueno for 3 nights. The house, pool and outdoor area are great! Very clean and well-maintained. We didnt have a chance to use the outdpor kitchen, but it looks lovely! There is also a well-equipped bonus bathroom in the pool area. It was perfect for our family's needs. The house is in a great location for all the major attractions in the area. We had a rental car from San Jose airport, and we used Waze for directions to get around. Mario and Matius were highly responsive. We also enjoyed the hummingbirds at the house. Thank you for hosting us at your lovely home!

Great accommodations.

House was great our our stay in La Fortuna. It was close to all the things to do and right down the street from Mary’s bbq, which we frequented. Po was great for relaxing in the evening.

Amazing Stay! Wonderful location.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in La Fortuna. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rental company was responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. They checked in on us throughout the stay as well. They also helped us to book excursions in La Fortuna at a discount! I HIGHLY recommend this property and the management company. ¡Pura Vida!

Great place!

Had an amazing time at this property. Just outside of downtown, beautiful quiet spot in gated neighborhood. View of Arenal volcano. Had an amazing time playing in the pool. All the amenities you need.

Great location, view and pool for family

Gated community, felt very safe. Perfect location for meeting tours. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice and while swimming the view was fantastic of the volcano. House isnt large, but has what you need. Outside bonus space and full bath are great. Meeting property manager was simple. Restaurants are a 4 minute drive, one restaurant is even walking distance. Would rent again.

Clean, hard to find, hard beds

The house was difficult to find as they don't have street names or house numbers, but the property manager met us at a local business and showed us the way. The house was as depicted and clean. We felt safe in the gated/ with security guard, community. Our only complaint is that the beds are all extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Nice and new

The house was a bit small for 5 adults. but overall very clean and well kept up. We enjoyed the pool and the picnic table outside. It would have been nice to have hot water in the outside shower and for the door to have a way to lock from inside safely. Laundry facility would be an added bonus. The house is in a good location. 10 minute drive to town. We enjoyed the walking up to the La Fortuna Lounge and Grill.

Beautiful Property in Safe Neighborhood

It was amazing to wake up and see the Arenal volcano in the background. The outside property was beautiful. We felt safe in the gated quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed that I could plan all the excusions with the property manager. Though it was hard to find the property management/check in area. If you plan on staying here do not type in Home Vacations La Fortuna, it will take you to a neighborhood and to a locals home. You'll have to type in House of Tours. While the inside had all the amenities and the first day it felt clean, the bathroom shower was clogged from the first day. We noticed it when we took the first shower, there was a plunger there but after day 3, i had enough of plunging and it not working. It did not make me feel clean stepping out of a pool from the shower. We kept in communication with the property manager and after i had made them aware they were able to fix it right away. You would think that the cleaning person would make the property aware of the clogged shower before a new guest arrived. Overall the stay was so/so, the beds werent comfortable at all. But the service was great!

We are Eder & Allen, two good friends that have more than 15 years of experience working in tourism in La Fortuna, we grew up in this little town and decided to work together creating Home Vacations La Fortuna on 2015, our main goal: Make things easier and simple to our guest.
On 2018 we create The House of Tours to provide our guests the best experiences during their stay in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we have the best tour and transportation services/rates in the area.
