This just completed in 2023 custom home is waiting for you to enjoy! Whether you like golfing, fishing, hiking, or just sitting on the front porch watching the golfers,this home on the 2nd green of Black Brook Championship Golf Course is super inviting to families, golfers, fisherman or outdoor enthusiasts. We have 3 kayaks and life jackets for you to use!
Lake Mille Lacs is just minutes down the road. There are serval boat launchs for your fishing and boating. You can keep your boat in the marina at Izatys 320-532-5444 or rent a boat for the day or week. Check with the marina for pontoons, kayaks, paddle boards, slip rentals, and guide trips. There are plenty of activities near by including pickle ball, tennis, swimming pool, hiking/biking trails, snowmobile and ATV trails as well. We are located between 2 State Parks each about 10 minutes away, Father Hennepin and Kathio, both have beaches, hiking, picnic areas and fishing piers. This house will please all cooking connoisseurs with it's big open kitchen, well stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. If you need a night off from cooking the restaurant/bar on site at Izatys Resort has a variety of lunch and dinner options or you can go to the many bars and restaurants in Waukon, Isle, or Garrison. After dinner relax by the fireplace or on the front porch, head out back to the patio with the gas fire table and lounge furniture, or build a bonfire at the wood burning pit. We have tons of games, cards and puzzles you might like to play on the large kitchen table or island. TV’s in every bedroom with Netflix, Paramont Plus, Peacock, Amazon Prime, and Spectrum cable app on smart TV. Everything is on the main floor except the bonus room over the garage, ask about, its extra fee, 100.00 a night. The bedroom sleeps 4 people in 2 queen beds and has an extra living room with TV, a table with 4 chairs, and dry kitchenette with frig and microwave. There is an extra charge for over 10 people.

Family Getaway

Could not recommend this place enough. We had a family of 8 adults and all fit very comfortably. I 100% echo the previous review, the house is stocked with everything and anything you could ever think about needing. Beautiful house, we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching people golf hole 2 of Izatys golf course. Played lots of pickle ball at the near by court. Would highly highly recommend this property and we will forsure be back in the future.

Izatys Vacation Gem!

We have been vacationing at Izatys for over 25 years in a timeshare on hole #2. As our family expanded we have had to rent various places at Izatys to handle the overflow. We were delighted when this lovely home became available to rent right off the green on #2 and it didn't disappoint! I challenge you to find something this place doesn't have on hand for your stay. It is fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies and small appliances you could ever want in a VRBO, including an amazing spice drawer! Fully stocked cabinets full of games, both indoor and outdoor, so your stay will never be boring even if the weather outside isn't cooperating. And with all that, there is still plenty of room to store all your food, snacks, drinks, etc in cabinets that are left empty for your use. Plenty of seating both inside and outside to accommodate everyone (one of my personal pet peeves of some VRBOs) so no one is left having to stand around. Outside is several seating areas and a extra large grill so accommodate lots of burgers, steaks, and ribs! Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with ample storage as well. Check in was super smooth! Kimberly was just a call or text away if we needed help but never had an issue. Highly recommend a stay if you are considering a trip to Izatys.

You will love this one level, open floor plan right on the golf course! A big front porch to have morning coffee, watch the golfer on green number 2, or perfect place for the sunset.
You can BBQ on the back patio, lounge by the gas fire pit or build a camp fire out back.

World class angling destination with a privately owned boat harbor and launch just .7 miles away within Izatys Resort. Best walley fishing in Minnesota, Bass Master Magazine voted Mille Lacs among the top smallmouth bass fishery, and it's produced new state record muskies in 2021 and 2022.
