Blue Surf 16A, 1BR/1BA townhouse, Seasonal Beach Service Included!
The Blue Surf complex, with only 26 units, has been a family favorite for a number of years. You ll enjoy spacious grounds, close beach access, lush tropical landscaping, a seasonally heated pool, shuffleboard court, and convenient access to area restaurants, shopping, the outlet mall, golf courses, and other activities. Pompano Joe's, a landmark seafood restaurant right on the beach, is only steps away. Seasonal Beach Service included!
Our 1-bedroom 16A unit recently went through a major renovation. Freshly painted in 2021, a new stacked washer dryer was added; walk-in shower, new furniture was added including a king bed in the bedroom, a new sleeper sofa, and 2 new flat screen HDTVs in the living room and bedroom.
Unit 16A has a private, high-speed Internet service from Cox Cable, which it shares with Blue Surf 16B. You should have no problem getting access to the Internet or streaming media through our private wifi system. You will find instructions for accessing this complimentary service (as opposed to the Blue Surf complex system) in your check-in letter.
The seasonally heated pool is a few steps from your private patio. The beach is 100 yards away with beach access directly across from the Blue Surf property.
From mid-March through November we offer complimentary daily beach service of two chairs and a beach umbrella that is set up for you on the beach. For your convenience, Blue Surf Unit 16A has a designated off street parking place (one spot) right outside the front door.
