Maravilla is a premier family friendly resort just steps from the white sandy beach, with 2.5 acers of private beach access. We offer contact free check in with your own personal door code. Maravilla offers two pools (one heated seasonally), hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, grill area, fitness room, shuffleboard, and plenty of green space. A great stay in a perfect location. Close to shopping and restaurants, go karts, water park, etc. The beach is a short walk across the street and the condo is stocked with beach chairs, and beach accessories for use at the beach. We enjoyed our autumn stay.

The location of the condo is right across the street from the beach. It’s convenient to restaurants and beach shops. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Communication was great as well. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay — the home was cozy and Kylie was a great host! Just a small note: there were a few things the cleaning crew may have overlooked, like the comforter, some dishes, and a bit of residue in the shower. Nothing major, but thought it might be helpful to mention. Would absolutely stay again!

Easy beach access

The condo was clean and comfortable, easy walking distance to a private beach access gate. Having free chair and umbrella service at the beach was a huge plus. It was exactly the home base we needed for a few days on the beach with the kids!Practical tips for future guests - Bring your own laundry detergent, a box of tissues, and some extra trash bags, but everything else (a few dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, hand soap, bar soap in the showers) was provided for our stay. There are a few towels for beach use, but we were glad we brought a few bigger ones of our own. There were some beach toys on the patio for our use as well - the kids loved the boogie boards!The unit is on the third floor right near the stairwell at the end of building 1, but there is an elevator further down towards the middle of the building if needed.

Excellent and Convenient

We had a great stay! Check in process was easy and convenient. All amenities just as listed on description. We enjoyed the beach access and service and always had a great sport no matter the time of day we went. Parking was easy and convenient all day. I would highly recommend this location and condo.

Excellent communication with the host! Condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of beach toys and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. This is our fifth year at Maravilla & we have loved it every time!!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was, clean, beds were very comfortable, and was decorated very nicely. Had everything we needed and was perfect for our 3 night stay. Host was friendly and communicated well. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

Amazing Location & Condo

Kylie was an incredible host. Any questions we had leading up to our stay were answered quickly, and she was even kind enough to give us some "things to do/see in the area" recommendations. The proximity to the beach was great, the condo was wonderful, and my boys LOVED the bunk beds. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Balance

This VRBO met all our expectations for a stay in the Miramar/Destin area. It was near abundant restaurants and shopping. The beachfront location was a bonus. The highlights are that it was clean with tasteful decor. It had adequate space for us as a couple with our fur baby who enjoyed herself as well. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials. The master bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed with a connected bathroom. We had great communication with the host who was helpful from booking, check in, the duration of our stay to checkout. We plan to return to this VRBO in the future when we plan to come to the area. Couples or small families look no further than this VRBO.

Maravilla

There was constant construction going on six days a week. There were construction workers everywhere, no matter where you were. Parking lot was full of construction equipment, and many other parking slots had cones on them so couldn’t park.it was not a very enjoyable stay, for the cost we paid. We were not told it would be like this at all.

Great getaway

Family Vacation

Our family, including our dog, enjoyed a beach trip with my mother, and the condo exceeded expectations with its prime location near the dog area and beach. The check-in process was efficient, and the condo was fully equipped with essentials, close to numerous dining options. We intend to revisit.

Enjoyed our Stay, Great Place

We needed a condo to stay in this year that was dog friendly. After looking at the reviews it seemed Maravilla was the place to stay. The condo was perfect. Just as described. Clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. It was quiet and our dog enjoyed being around all the other dogs that were there. The best part was this condo is right up from the dog area. Although it’s on the third floor we just walked down the stairs and it was right there. Parking was great, always a spot right in front. The free beach service is great. You are just a short walk to the beach and when you walk down the guys are there to help you too some chairs and umbrella. We did try the pool on one day. Wasn’t crowded and nice. Kylie was great to book and work with. Very responsive when booking and answered all of our questions. Very nice to deal with. The condo is close to everything you need while there. I highly recommend this place and especially if you are traveling with your dog. I’m glad we found Kylie’s place and would definitely stay there again.

I am originally from the United Kingdom but now live in Tennessee. I love being outdoors and being active. I have 3 children and we love to swim, ride bikes, hike, play soccer, run races or anything that keeps us moving. I enjoy sharing our vacation home with other people and hope that everyone can enjoy the beach as much as we do.

The first time we came to Maravilla we fell in love. It was my favorite of any vacation rental I had been in. The amenities were perfect for my family. At the end of a long beach day, I could sit in the hot tub while the kids swam in the pool. There was a gym for my husband to use and beautiful bike path for running/walking. We loved how easy it was to get the three kids to the beach.

Maravilla has one of the biggest private beaches of any properties so the beach never feels overcrowded. No high-rise buildings close means the views along scenic parkway are perfect during a morning stroll. The location is perfect with only short walk to Pompano Joes or short drive to shopping and all the Destin has to offer.
