Step into our inviting townhouse!

Nestled perfectly for a family retreat or a weekend escape with friends, our two-level home boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and convenient amenities like a washer and dryer on the main floor. Rise and shine with your favorite brew, soaking in the sunrise from one of two private balconies overlooking the glistening emerald waters. Then, wander across to the stunning sandy beach just steps away (less than 100 yards), immersing yourself in its serene beauty.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open layout merging seamlessly into the dining area and a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the essentials for crafting your own culinary delights. With seating for six at the dining table and additional bar stools at the breakfast bar, there's ample space for lively conversations or family feasts. The living area beckons with a wet bar, fridge, and coffee maker, offering plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. Unwind on the sofa bed, loveseat, or recliners while catching up on your favorite shows or taking in the scenery from the main balcony.

Retreat to the Master bedroom upstairs, complete with a king-size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Downstairs, the second bedroom awaits with a queen trundle bed and full-size bed, along with access to the guest bathroom and a private balcony leading to the pool or beach. And for added convenience, the washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main floor.

Security Note: For your safety, a single camera monitors the driveway and front door, recording audio and video as a precautionary measure. Rest assured, there are no cameras within the house or in private areas.

**Dogs are welcome with a fee.

Yani was an amazing host. We received our checkin information which was very detailed making check in and out very easy and smooth. Yani text us a couple times during our stay to check in and see if we needed anything and was very accommodating. The townhome was beautiful and we absolutely loved the views. Very kid friendly. Even others staying at the other homes were friendly. Fully equipped kitchen was awesome even with plastic ware for the kids. We absolutely loved our time here and would stay again.

Great stay!

This property is such a great place to stay! Right across from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. It has all that the amenities you could need including beach chairs umbrellas and a wagon to take it all there. The only thing I would suggest is a swiffer sweeper or wet jet to keep up with the sand. The fact that we could take our pups (they had towels and a corner spot and snacks for them) was a nice bonus! Will definitely come back given the chance!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Blue Surf 20! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless—truly one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and beach gear, which made our stay so comfortable and convenient.The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and relaxing, but what really made the experience stand out was the host. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire booking process and our stay. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our trip enjoyable.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained beach getaway!

Super getaway

Great location

We loved our stay. Yani thought of everything a person would need. I enjoy cooking our meals at home so I especially loved that your place was clean, and it was well furnished and comfortable! The pool is well maintained and steps from our patio door. Loved it all. Thank you for a great week!

Simply Wonderful!!

Beautiful, quaint, and perfect rental for our family vacation! The location can’t be beat and the condo had everything we needed (and more) to make our stay enjoyable and convenient. The hosts provided superb hospitality and timely communication. Sitting on the balcony viewing the ocean was our favorite. We hope to return in the future!

Spring Break

My daughter and I stayed over Spring Break. What a great place and location. Gulf & pool view, a 1 minute walk to the beach, that isn’t crazily crowded like those beaches nearby. Close enough to Destin, Seaside, etc to drive in 15-20 minutes. Great furniture and amenities including beach towels, umbrella, chairs etc so you don’t have lug your own there. The rest of the complex tends to be very friendly seniors, so it’s never too loud or crazy. Grocery and restaurants super close by. And Yani was a super communicative and helpful host.

Great condo, location, and host!

My husband (78), myself (69) and our 23 LB miniature labradoodle (6) enjoyed our stay tremendously at Yani's condo. She has everything supplied that you could possibly think of or need. She's always quick to respond to any questions. We didn't have any issues. You have a perfect view of the pool and you can see straight out to the ocean. It's about a 3-4 minute walk across the street and down the ramp to the ocean. Walking across the sand of the beach is 1/3 of that time, so it's not far at all. Pompano Joe's is also a very brief walk, about the same distance. I think our favorite place to eat, for both food and service, was at the Surf Hut, maybe a 2 mile drive and on the ocean. If you're considering going to Miramar, don't hesitate to book Yani's place!

We have stayed at other Blue Surf units previously and this was our favorite by far. The home is beautiful. The decor is gorgeous and the home is immaculate. The owners checked on us to make sure we were happy upon arrival AND thanked us when we left. We will be back!

Blue Surf - Way to Go!!!

We really enjoyed our visit and loved the condo. Very clean and we really liked the extra items in the kitchen and special touchs throughout the property. We will stay there again in the future! Also, the host/owner was the most responsive person I have had in all the vacation rentals we have used.

Little piece of heaven

Starting from the booking to the checkout Yani was nothing but amazing. Property has an amazing location walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Just 2 mins from the beach. Units is well stocked including coolers and things for the beach. Beautifully decorated and cozy. Looking forward to tgennext visit

Amazing

Absolutely wonderful property and owners as well in a perfect location. Ive never seen a more stocked rental and i travel a lot. They have everything you need just bring clothes. Highly impressed. Perfect location to the crystal clear water across the road. The owners are fabulous as well. I changed my plans a few times and they worked with us each and everytime. They are also very easy to reach if a problem arises or you need them for anything. It was an absolutely perfect stay and I highly reccomend this place.

Honestly one of our favorite places we’ve stayed in this area. Extremely close to the beach and the best restaurant is right beside the property. Big rooms, awesome pool, and fantastic staff. We’ll definitely be back!

Family Vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Blue Surf. It was very clean and Yani and her crew thought of everything we could need or want. We very much appreciated the extras ... the coffee, the beach towels, and especially the toys for the beach. Our grandkids lovedthem. Great place and great host. Thanks Yani!
