Fountain way Fresno CA

Just like I told the owner, it was nice having a full kitchen and access to a laundry room. It made my stay for a month bearable. The negatives. The house is run down. The photo posted on line made the home look better. The electronic door locks were defective and needed to be fixed. The parking space in the rear of the house was extremely small and when the location was full, you would be unable to back out of your space. An accident is waiting to happen. The location needs a deep cleaning. The floor boards were full of dust. The residence was right next to a railroad which kept you up all night.

Lovely modern space

After looking at several properties in Fresno for my one month stay, I settled on Kyle’s recently renovated, modern and naturally lit home, and have no regrets. Not only is it really well set up on the inside but also has its own secure parking and laundry. The laundry, even though was shared with two of the other units on the property, it was super convenient. All the amenities in the house were sufficient too. Would recommend.
