Experience Fresno like a local in this marvelous 1-bedroom cottage. Relax in the soothing living room with a comfy sofa bed, and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the queen bed. With 1 full bathroom equipped with blow dryer and shower, you'll feel right at home. Whether you're exploring the city or unwinding in the fitness room, this phenomenal acre property with a mini-orchard with oranges, lemons, apples, and grapefruit available for guests when in season, has everything you need for a fantastic stay--including ample extra parking and a children's playhouse stocked with trikes and bikes for small children as well as three swings available for our guests.

Our carport covered workout area also has a firepit and rocking chairs to relax in after a long day of touring. We also have a half-bathroom with a toilet and deep sink next to our laundry washing machine and dryer, which are available for your use--just twenty steps from the guesthouse, next to our garage.

Within easy walking distance, less than a quarter of a mile, the famous Figarden Village boasts fine dining at many high and middle-range eateries, clothing stores, grocery and drug stores, a smoke shop, ice cream, pizza, sushi, and numerous other restaurants and shops.

What a cozy stay!!! Kathleen and David were kind hosts. They made sure our stay was comfortable with all the right amenities (and even dog amenities for our pups). Super spacious yard and we all felt safe and welcomed. Thank you.

What a gem! Such a cozy cute little place! Owners are very sweet! Lots of extras provided by the owners! Well easy to find out how anything works, from remotes to door lock. We would definitely request this rental again if we go back to that area.

We were very pleased with the property. It was perfect for our needs. I definitely would recommend staying here. It is a lovely one bedroom, one bath house with a small orchard in the back. The property is completely fenced in with air conditioning. The property is kept very clean. Thank you for having us as your guest.

What a beautiful comfortable place! We had a great stay, with everything we needed at hand. Many extra touches, including snacks, Brita water pitcher, ice, well stocked kitchen and dishes. Also lots of towels. Plenty of storage. The AC worked great, lots of clear instructions made everything easy to use.Thank you !

Cozy Cottage

Me and the family were very happy with our stay. Such a beautiful landscape. The kids enjoyed the swing set. Home owners are very nice and welcoming. The feeling of coziness the minute you step in. We’ll Be Back!

My husband and I stayed here to break up the drive from Las Vegas to the Bay Area. Couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s was 104 degrees out, but this little adobe cottage was cool, calm, and super relaxing. Lots of shady privacy on a large lot that the dog loved exploring. Neat and clean inside. Very cute. The single bedroom is roomy. We would highly recommend.

My wife and I have four married adult children with nine children (grandchildren). We lost one when he was three and one half years old after battling many medical challenges from birth--I wrote a book called "The Caleb Years: When God Doesn't Make Sense," which we make available to our guesthouse guests.

My wife, an exceptional cook enjoys hosting friends and family; therefore, it was an easy transition to hosting guesthouse guests.

We are exceedingly blessed to have acquired this acre-property in the middle of the city of Fresno but with a country feel. We are very excited and appreciate that our neighborhood is comfortable, clean, and safe.

Our numerous trees, bushes, plants and hedges give our property a nature-like feel and only a quarter of a mile to the busy famous Figarden Village that has nearly anything one would want, groceries, resturants, clotheries, etc, etc...

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our guesthouse is as lovely as comfortable. Nearly all our guests rave about our property's beauty and serenity. We have four giant cork oak trees, seventeen fruit trees: apples, oranges, lemons, grapefruit, persimmons, and plumb trees.

We also offer swings that are hung from one of our cork oaks as well as 4x4's I cemented inground myself!

Our property sports a cute child's playhouse with numerous trikes, bikes, and other vehicles. We have an acre property with over two thirds behind a gated fenced area with numerous picnic areas, seats and picnic chairs throughout the property.

We also have a gas-powered fire pit that sits underneath a ten-foot high car port top with rocking chairs and weights for the energetic to lift.
