Excellent place to stay as long as you're ok with a window unit for AC

This is an excellent vacation rental in so many ways, and I want to be clear that my one frustration may be more of a reading comprehension issue / VRBO issue on my end rather than on the part of the host. Looking back at the listing, it does say something about having AC and that it's in the front room. I didn't realize that meant it was a single window unit, and none of the pictures show it. When we arrived late at night, it had been left on 80, so it was very hot that first night. It would have been less of an issue except that we were traveling with three people so my MIL on the fold-out sofa bed was freezing next to the AC b/c it needed to be on high to cool down the rest of the unit, which it eventually did remarkably well. If it had just been the two of us in the bedroom and if the AC had been set to a lower level before our arrival, it wouldn't have been an issue. He does have fans in the back bedroom, but they were too loud for us. I think VRBO should address this by having a listing for AC - window unit vs AC - HVAC. Setting that aside, everything else was fantastic! The unit is lovely with ample parking out front for large vehicles or a covered parking spot in the back for moderately sized vehicles. Our host was very responsive and went out of his way to make things nice, including leaving breakfast foods, coffee, etc. The home is well-stocked and had everything we needed and more. I would absolutely stay again, but it's probably best for 2 people rather than 3.

Cozy little apartment

Quiet apartment complex with responsive host. Easy check-in and check-out. The bed was very comfortable! Host provided local area attraction brochures. Would stay there again.

quick trip to see family in Fresno and enjoy the parks in the area

This property had every amenity imaginable. The room was very clean, and the host communication was excellent. At first glance when you pull up to the unit, the back-alley entrance appears a bit sketchy. However, we quickly got used to the set up and loved having a place to park our car. The host checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was acceptable. Would definitely stay here again.

Fresno Condo for Tournament

Great place! Wishbit was warmer so we couldve used the pool. Loved the place for me and my son- he said he wants a place like it when hes old enough! Only negative was that funky open lock box- i broke 3 nails trying to pull down that funky lttle latch after putting the numbers in. Neighbor lady and her pibble were just lovely. Loved the snacks and the tea selection- thank you!

Quick Trip

I was in town for business for 48 hours and needed a place with a kitchen. This quaint apartment was perfect for my needs. It was surprisingly quiet even for being on a busy street. When I come back to the area I will stay there again. Only downside is parking on the street if you have a vehicle bigger than a small SUV. 😊

Nice apartment

Very nicely furnished with everything you need. And yes, the chair in the living room does recline. The week we were there was in the 100's° and the air conditioning kept it comfortable. The pool was like bath water but it was well maintained.

Cute little “Karate Kid” Appartment

My mom and I stayed a long weekend visiting family. The apartment complex reminded us of the complex in the movie Karate Kid. However, the pool works (movie reference)! 😊 It was clean, quiet, and in a good location for our needs.

Best litlle apartment in Clovis

The place was well thought out, attention to detail showed. even the small things were perfect -like the two "kisses" on the bed when we arrived. The people of Clovis also made the stay amazing! I would recommend this to others.

Relaxing bungalow

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Todd has decorated all the rooms very nicely. I would totally stay here again. Todd was very easy to contact and very enjoyable to talk to. If we ever have to have something done on our house again that we have to leave for a few days I would love to stay in this little apartment again. It did have a swimming pool, but we did not use it. Maybe next time.

Attended an event at the Save Mart Center. Location provided a short drive to the event. Several food places within a short distance of the property. Did not get a chance to look around as we were in the unit less than two hours (other than when we were asleep). Instructions to get in were easy to follow. The A/C unit was on eco-mode during the night which caused it to kick on and off for short periods of time almost constantly. I think it just needed to be changed to the "cool" setting.
