Wow factor walking in home, amenities not so great, they need ALOT of improvements and did leave host know.The host replied to us very quickly

Wonderful stay

Very beautiful, spacious open home. It was welcoming and I'd recommend this property. Short stay but the host also made checking in very easy and quick.

Peaceful Gem!

This stunning home is in a quiet, peaceful setting that is surrounded by golfing, parks, and easy access to local attractions (e.g. hiking, casinos, etc.). It was perfect for a relaxing getaway but was near enough to Phoenix that we drove into town several times.

Great home!

I had to make some changes to my reservation dates and the host was very accommodating and easy to work with. The home is very nice and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Everything was clean. Beautiful home. Excellent patio next to golf course. Had some issues communicating with host at first but in the end all went well

Golf trip

House was nice and fit our needs. Would have been nice if the furniture was a little better. They had a very nice couch but it was in the exercise room would’ve been nice if that would’ve been where the TV was. Large house but only one TV..

Peaceful

I arrived at the property late at night almost 12 AM and I entered the code that I was given. I had a question and I reached out and the owner responded and was so nice did not get upset because it was a late hour communicated very well. Upon entering the home we found it to be clean and have everything that we needed to have for our stay. I will say that it had a little bit more than what’s listed there’s a room for you to exercise. The yard is big enough for your children to enjoy themselves if they want you, there was two living rooms if you needed you know space away from each other the home was very very big definitely room to have your whole family there for the holidays or just to get together. The neighborhood is so quiet you don’t even realize that you’re in the city of Maricopa because it’s like off to the side and super super quiet , what I want to emphasize is offered something that money cannot buy and that’s the energy and that home was so clean. It was just so peaceful when you went to sleep, you rested. I literally had the best sleep of my life. I would definitely be staying here again. I ended up needing to extend my stay and he was able to accommodate me on such short notice and check out is amazing. There is literally nothing for you to do you literally pay to get the home clean that’s part of fee I’ve stayed at other homes and still be charged a cleaning fee, but still require you to start the towels remove the bedding, not here! Just a great home
