裏庭は900平方フィートの人工芝の切りくずとパッティング、緑のヤシの木、4種類の果樹、サボテンと他の植物で美しく手入れされていて、温水プール（GAS、ソーラー、ホットスポット）の周りに雰囲気のようなリゾートを与えます交換加熱 - 80〜84度で追加料金なし） 裏庭には多くのソーラーライトや洪水ライトがありますが、それほど多くはありませんが、壮大な美しい星を見ることはできません。 あなたはまた、この照明の照明の下でパットしてチップすることができます。 プロパンバーベキューがあります。 裏庭には6席のダイニングパティオセットなど、たくさんの席があります。傘でリクライニング可能なラウンジャー。

Great vacation house

Such a great house! We spent the month of October here. Our goal was to spend time as a family at the house, so it was wonderful to have the pool and chipping green. Great neighborhood for walks/runs. The house had everything that we needed. Plus a bonus was that there were a couple of sets of golf clubs to use.

Beautiful Vacation Rental

I am so glad that we chose this house in Arizona. The accommodation were great and had everything that we needed. The backyard was absolutely beautiful and we loved the pool. The inside of the house was very nice and super clean. Dana was a great host and was super helpful and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this home away from home.

Relaxing pool vacation

We stayed in this rental for just over a week. This was our "no plans" relax by the pool vacation. The backyard and pool were perfect. The house was very clean. Very comfortable beds and the owners were easy to contact and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

A beauty in the desert!

If you are looking for the comforts of home while away, this is your place. The house is beautifully furnished and has a lovely backyard with a great pool and putting green. The beds were very comfortable too!. It was convenient for shopping, with golf and casino nearby. I would highly recommend this property. It can accommodate several people and has everything you need.

Perfect winter getaway rental

We had a wonderful 6 weeks at Dana’s lovely home. Everything you needed was in the house. Pool & backyard was top notch. Loved the area as well. Dana was an amazing host & looked after our every need.

We loved every bit of the home! The kids enjoyed spending time in the pool and practicing on the putting green. The house provided everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful oasis in the desert

Can't say enough good things about our stay in this beautiful home. From helpful info before our arrival till our departure Dana was great communicating and responding to my questions. The home was immaculate. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the backyard with a pool and putting green was vacation ready. I was pleased to find plenty of paper towels,, toilet tissue and other disposables. I especially enjoyed picking fresh grapefruit each morning from.the tree in the backyard. What a treat. There were only 2 of us and our friends visiting for a couple of days, but the house could easily accommodate a family. The neighborhood is very nice. They just put up Christmas lights at the entrance to the subdivion...beautiful display.. Maricopa is away from.all of the busyness, but close to restaurants and shopping in Chandler and other Phoenix suburbs. Thank you to our hosts for all of your care and attention in providing such a beautiful home away from home for us.

So peaceful and relaxing

The house was beautiful and my family all said that it felt like home. The backyard was just beautiful with the pool and we really enjoyed playing golf. It was very peaceful to watch the birds in the morning especially the cactus wren! It was stocked with all of the necessities. Every time I looked for something I needed, I was able to find it! Communication was excellent. Such an enjoyable stay, will definitely be back again!

Comfortable and spacious home with pool.

We enjoyed the property, it has a spacious living space for hanging out. The pool was essential for the hot days. We spent a lot of time out there and found it clean, relaxing and refreshing!

Great get away!

We were looking for a place with a nice pool to stay. Just cook at the home and not venture out. It was a great choice. If we were wanting to go out to a restaurant or fun pub, this area is not the location. Few items needed to be cleaned when we arrived, but not a big deal at all. The owner was so responsive and cares about their rental home! Really enjoy the pool and backyard!

Family Vacation

Dana's home is perfect for a family get away. The backyard is as wonderful as the pictures show. We lived in the pool the whole time we were there and it was fabulous. Except for one hiccup this would have been a perfect vacation. Dana stepped in when we had a problem and helped in every way she could.

House and grounds were beautiful, had a good time.

Owners were great and communicated with us to see how we were, only problem was that the HOA wouldn’t allow parking on the gravel by the side of the driveway and our truck was to long and hung over the sidewalk when we parked in the driveway. Guess they preferred that.

Perfect weekend, perfect home

The home is very nice, as are all the homes in this area. We spent our time outside in the back yard and in the pool. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The house had e everything you could need including dishes, games, cookware, etc. the rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. We had no complaints at all with this booking.

We absolutely love Arizona! It's the weather and the wonderful people! We always look forward to our own vacation time down there to get away from the Northern BC winters and for the boys in the family to play at some great golf courses! The girls love to just relax around the pool and shop. Maricopa is a perfect size community where you don't feel that you are jammed up in a sprawling metropolis. We love it there and look forward to retirement!
