Inside, enjoy a bright living room with Netflix-ready TVs, cozy dining for three, and a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals. Both bedrooms offer plush comfort, and the bathroom includes a tub, hairdryer, and extra towels. Start your mornings with coffee in the tropical yard or unwind after exploring Florida’s Gulf Coast.

The lawn is high-quality turf, and dogs are welcome to enjoy it. We just ask that guests kindly pick up after themselves to help keep it nice for everyone. You’ll also love that the Pinellas Trail is close by, along with a beautiful waterfront area that’s perfect for dog walks.

Guest access
It's a self-check-in system facilitated by a lockbox. Upon arrival, you will have seamless access to the entire home, including the backyard, and complimentary parking on the premises. Please note that the only area that is shared is the backyard. Enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please, making the most of your stay in this inviting retreat.

Please note that there are two small step-downs inside the unit:
• One from the living room down toward the kitchen
• One from the smaller bedroom down into the hallway

Reservations
Only individuals 18 years or older can make a reservation.

Luggage Drop-Off
Allowed with prior confirmation.

Pets
Pets are welcome but must be approved by the host before booking.
Let us know how many pets and what breed(s) you're bringing.

Some breeds are restricted (see list below).
Non-shedding dogs are allowed on the furniture. Shedding dogs are not permitted on the furniture. An extra cleaning fee will apply if pets are found on furniture contrary to this policy.

Pet Cleanliness
Pets must be clean and groomed.
If the unit smells like pets at checkout, a cleaning fee will apply.
We are fair but firm with this policy.

Pet Fees
There is a $100 charge for 3 or more pets.

Tropical Setting
You may encounter tropical creatures like geckos, lizards, or frogs.
Their presence is normal in this environment and is out of our control.

No Smoking
Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge.

Check-Out Policy
Unapproved late check-out will be penalized.

No Unauthorized Guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Cancellation Policy
We have a strict, non-refundable cancellation policy.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unexpected cancellations or travel delays.

PET POLICY & LIABILITY TERMS

• All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
• Pets must be under control and on a leash at all times when outside the property. Florida law states that pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or allowed to roam freely on the property.
• Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times, including any injury, damage, or disturbance caused—both on and off the property.
• Any incidents involving a pet (including bites, attacks, or property damage) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Aggressive or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited. Any pet showing threatening behavior must be removed immediately.
• Host/Property Owner assumes no liability for pet-related incidents.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host/Property Owner from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their pet.
• Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or complaints may result in immediate removal without refund.

By booking, guests agree to all pet-related terms and accept full liability for their animal.
