Welcome to the Heart of Shockoe Bottom! This space is a newly renovated one bed, one bath unit in the former Alley Katz venue. It features beautiful hardwood floors, granite coutertops, high-ceilings, washer/dryer, and many more amenities.

Hi, my name is Helen! I'm originally from Seattle, WA but recently moved to Alexandria, VA. Now, I am here in Richmond studying political science on the pre-med track at VCU. My hobbies include finding/selling vintage clothes, photography, and baking. I'm still pretty new to hosting but so far I have found that I love what I do. As a Shockoe Bottom resident myself, I have a couple of recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the area so don't hesitate to reach out for recommendations! I'm also close by so feel free to reach out if you need anything. Look forward to hosting your stay!
