Beach Front Luxury Condo of Fort Myers Beach is personally managed by property owner/manager Anne & Tim Lyons who are easy to reach property manager/owners should you need any assistance during your stay.

Location, Location, Location! Welcome to our BEACH / OCEAN FRONT condo home located at the upscale Sandarac Condo Community! Our condo is TRUE Beach Front and is not located in a building with the sandbar between the sand and the water. We are true ocean/beach (Gulf of America) front, NO sandbar or beach obstructions located in front of our building!

Home away from home awaits you at our spacious, immaculately clean, renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bath Gulf Front condo. A spacious, bright, fully equipped condo awaits you, located in a well-maintained beachfront community.

Best location ( without a doubt ) on all of Fort Myers Beach! Please refer to our reviews for feedback from other vacationers. The reviews will let you know that We will make certain that you have a happy most comfortable stay in a fully equipped, amazing vacation home that will exceed your expectations!

Our spacious beach / oceanfront condo (comfortably sleeps 6) is located on the less congested SOUTH location of this 7 mile stretch of sandy white beach. The Southern location can't be beaten as it's directly on the beach yet convenient to the shopping and restaurants located just across the street.

Just a few short steps out of our condo door to the sandy white sugar like beach, as well as the large heated swimming pool. The condo is fully equipped with high-end luxurious bed linens, soft thick bathing towels, beach towels, beach coolers, kitchen supplies as well as a full-sized washer and dryer inside of our unit. We also have a commercial grade water filter under the kitchen sink. No more using an endless supply of water bottles during your stay.

New high-end wood and tile floors (completely carpet free condo) & attractive high-end furniture throughout. The condo is not a typical 'worn out' rental, with detailed attention given between each guest to assure that you have a most wonderful vacation stay.

High end super comfortable King bed in master, twin tempur-pedic style beds in guest room. Queen pull out sofa bed in the large great room. An extra double mattress queen air bed supplied in the condo as well. We also have a portable playpen for our smallest guests. The master suite has its own dedicated bathroom via en suite. A second separate bathroom for your children or guests!

Many extras in our condo including pool/beach toys for the entire family. 3 FLAT SCREEN SMART TELEVISIONS including 50-inch flat-screen in the great room. High-speed internet is provided by our condo association.

Several great restaurants and shopping directly across the street. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cabana rentals directly in front of our building.

Publix grocery store, bike rentals, scooter rentals, public library, miniature golf, dinner movie theater, churches super close to our condo, and we are just 15 miles North of NAPLES, FL - great side trip during your stay! Convenient also to Sanibel Island Beaches and outlet mall.

$1.00 trolley with trolley stop in front of our condo allows families to vacation easily without the expense of a car or allow older children some independence during your stay.

For your convenience, covered assigned carport parking spot assigned to our unit, 16A, with additional visitor space parking. Several building elevators, secure building with high tech 24-hour common areas security surveillance.

The condo has both beachfront views and side views of our OVERSIZED HEATED BEACHFRONT POOL, 3 feet to 8 feet deep.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET provided by condo association in each individual unit as well as free wireless internet out by the swimming pool!

Extras: Pool toys, 'noodles', sand buckets for the kids to use. Leave your beach towels at home, we have 6 for you to use.

Responsive and attentive property owners (Anne & Tim Lyons) genuinely wants to make sure you have a great time on vacation. You will be provided with their cell phone number for text or phone calls as well as our email addresses so that you can easily contact us at any time. We are always happy to help should you need assistance during your stay!

Please no smoking or pets

Rental minimums for condo association rules do apply.

One rental only per month during the non-peak season. Instant booking will allow you to instantly verify our available dates.

NOTE REGARDING INSTANT BOOKINGS:

Our condo association does not allow any pets or smoking in the building. The condo association does have strict rules regarding maximum amount of occupants (6) permitted in the condos at one time. Please do not use the instant booking feature should your group size exceeds 6 people in total. Thank you!

In the event that you are not finding your desired dates as open on our calendar, please do send me a message so that I may check my calendar. I do occasionally block dates for preventative maintenance services therefore it is possible that I may have additional availability.

Third-party trip insurance options are offered via VRBO and their affiliates are offered through the booking of your dates process. Additional 3rd party trip insurance options are Insuremytrip and tripinsurance dot com sites. Trip insurance allows you to insure your rental payments for illness, and many additional cancellation reasons.

Ft.Myers Beach is great in itself, but beach at Sandarac is constantly groomed and cleaned-wonderful.Tim's condo is well furnished, clean A plus. Sandarac itself as a condo facility seems to be very well run-staff is everpresent and proficient at maintaining everything well.

It was my Florida vacation

The property was very clean. The amenities were great. The pool was warm access to the beach was great. Could use a few more restaurants.

Amazing Sunsets

Snowbird Retreat was just what we were looking for. The ocean view and proximity to the beach was the best. Unit has been nicely updated and the owners have made sure to include everything you might need from beach gear to blenders. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return again.

Spacious and well equipped

The outside is still being worked on, but they are making fast progress. It did not matter once you stepped inside. This condo is more like a home. Very spacious, bright, and comfortable. Terrific beach, close-ish to Publix, everything you need for beach time and in the kitchen. Thanks for a wonderful vacation, Lyons!

Wow !!! The views, the beach, the condo, the town, all beyond our expectations!!! The condo had everything there for our stay, from cooking utensils, to beach towels. The condo was clean and had wifi and cable TV. Michelle was amazing and very helpful. We will be back soon !!

Fabulous Stay!

Condo was wonderful, clean and as described. Building was quiet. Michele, the owner, was efficient and timely in terms of getting me all of the pre trip info and she got back to me immediately when I texted with a question. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach on a daily basis (walks, beautiful sunsets) - I really liked being on the gulf side - gentle rolling small waves and teeming with wildlife (birds). Great location! Helped that our weather was really nice :) Thanks for having us as your guests - I would definitely return again.

Amazing!

Condo was clean and comfy! We had 2 adults and 2 teenaged girls. And it was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Two bathrooms made it much easier for 4 people. It was exactly as described. Beds were great. AC worked wonderfully! Location was great. LOVED the sunsets on the beach. I would definitely come back to this condo. And I hope I get the chance to come back.

Another wonderful winter at the Sandarac

Thank you Michele for another great winter in your condo. Last year we made the decision to leave the cold weather and spend our winters in Florida. We were so very lucky to find your condo through VRBO. It is exactly what we were looking for - a spacious, comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with beautiful views of the Gulf, a pool and most important right on the beach - we love to take walks on the beach. We are also happy that the condo is walking distance to several good restaurants, a tiki bar, shops and the movie theater. This is our second year renting Michele's condo and we have already booked it for next year.

It really is paradise

Gorgeous condo, directly on the beach. The condo had amazing views of the water and it was very convenient to the best restaurants and area shops. We especially loved this Condos South Island location as it allowed for quick access with very little traffic on and off the island. We drove down to Nappes for a day which was easy to do from this condos location. We noticed quite a bit more traffic congestion at the Islands second exit located on the North side of the Island . The traffic on that end was due to some part to road construction, however that side of the beach does appear to have much more congestion with both people and traffic. We appreciated this condos perfect location as a result. The owner of this condo was responsive in every way with quickly answering all of our questions providing area information and for providing us with a spotless, spacious condo just as advertised. The Internet was high speed and the cable televisiona had a great variety of channels for us to surf in the evenings. The condo had everything we needed including coffee, soaps, games, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, hair dryers and more. We will definitely return and we have already recommended this condo to friends for their next vacation. Thank you for a great stay!

Really great condo and owner!

We had a great experience at the condo- first of all the condo is beautiful. It’s huge. It’s clean and it has beautiful ocean views. We all had plenty of room to spread out and the open living space made it easy to be together as well. Everything is there that you need and every little detail has been thought of from coffee to cookie sheets to beach gear. The condo is close to the elevator and is steps from the beach as well as the beachfront pool. The mid island beach area is really fun, it’s clean and you can rent jet skis or walk to the tiki bar next door. You are also walking distance to other shops and restaurants in a little plaza down the street and a short ride (or drive) to both Bonita springs and the north end of fort Myers beach. Michele is awesome, very easy to reach if you have any questions. We love to rent on Vrbo for our summer vacations and rarely do we necessarily stay in the same place twice- but we really loved this one and we will definitely be back!

We're Anne & Tim Lyons, owners of the Ocean State School of Gymnastics in Lincoln Rhode Island have been married and in business together since 1980. Visiting friends in the Fort Myers Beach area for the past 35 years has given us an affection to the area and have always wanted to purchase a condo on the beach for personal use a few times a year as well as for investment purposes. We have been landlords in RI for the past 40 years and have decided to move our property investing south. We have been looking at possible properties in the area for years and believe we've found our gem.

There is access to Estero Island on both the south end and the north end. The north entrance is very busy during season. This condo is situated more mid/south island which puts you closer to the south egress which gives you a great option for less congested travel.
