This cozy, single story home is the perfect getaway for snow birds or anyone looking to visit the Austin area. It is located in the heart of Cedar Park, conveniently positioned near shopping, dining and recreational activities. The fenced in backyard gives additional private space to breath, and a gate out the back opens onto a greenbelt area with a walking trail. A nice playground is just a few hundred feet down the trail.

The open-concept floor plan makes this home perfect for families. Plenty of comfortable seating in both family and living room and space for eating or working in the kitchen and dining rooms. The house comfortably sleeps six between the three bedrooms. Everything was recently updated -- all flooring, counter tops, appliances, lighting, blinds, toilets, sinks and hardware were replaced to make this house better-than-new!

Very nice property! The house was larger than I expected. Pictures of the property were accurate. We had everything we needed; lots of seating, plenty of fluffy towels, a walk-in closet with shelves & hangers and a well stocked kitchen. We appreciated Steve’s thoughtfulness of putting night lights through out the house. A nice children’s park was close by and a walking trail with access at the rear of the property.

Beautiful clean home in great area

Highly recommend!! The house is beautiful, super clean and had the basic amenities that you need. Stayed 6 nights. The host was great to work with. The 3 separate bedrooms allowed for each of us to have our own space. Location is very close to everything. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Our home in Texas

This house!! Oh my! My husband and I needed a place in Cedar park to bring my aging Aunt and Uncle so they could attend their grandsons wedding. I needed a ranch that was close to grocery stores, my cousins house and the wedding venue as my husband and I are professional bakers and we flew from PA to Texas to make their wedding cake. I needed a spacious kitchen with island and access to the above to create a stress free place to create. Oh my did this place deliver. We quickly started calling it “our house”. I felt at home the minute I walked in. The up to date decorations and appliances made me want to move into it to be close to family. My Texas family kept saying but it’s not for sale. It is experiences like the one we just had that keep us coming back and using VRBO. I hope to be able to use this very home every time we visit my beloved cousins. Thank you! We needed this so badly.

Highly recommended property

The house is in a nice and quiet location and very close to shopping and restaurants. It is comfortable and very clean. The property owner, Steve, was extremely responsive on any question that came up. Highly recommended!

The perfect place to stay

Visited Cedar Park so extended family could meet my one year old daughter. This home was perfect for my family. It was clean and spacious with plenty of room for my daughter to wander around. There was a pack n’ play, stroller, board games. A short walk down the road brings you to a wonderful park. We couldn’t have had a better stay!
