Perfectly located next to beautiful Mt Douglas Park - PKOLS. Our bright, clean and spacious Suite is ideal for couples, families, solo adventurers business travellers, students, parents of students & birders! guests suite is situated beside Mt. Douglas Park - PKOLS, taking advantage of the natures beauty and the West Coast scenery.

Only minutes walk will bring you to numerous hiking trails & the beach. We are on the bus route to downtown and The University of Victoria.

For biking enthusiasts, there is storage for bikes and we are 2 mins form the Greenway for the Goose Trail. Shopping, groceries and more are a short 10 min walk from the suite. Netflix, cable & Wifi Complementary!

You will have your own access, a private garden patio and tons of privacy!

wonderful surprise

everything was simply perfect, whether it was the atmosphere, the facilities available, the cleanliness, the calm, the decor... right down to the little touches such as a bouquet of fresh flowers. thank you again, it was certainly a fabulous stay

Clean, spacious, lovely hosts

Clean, spacious, nicely appointed, excellent quality beds, quiet, beautiful neighborhood and pleasant hosts. Markets nearby and enjoyed Urban Cup for breakfast. Seemed to be about halfway between downtown Victoria and Butchart Gardens. Entrance to Mt Douglas park and walking trails very close by.

Luxurious basement suite

This property was wonderful for ourselves and our two kids. Very clean and comfortable and cosy with high quality renovations and lovely bedding. We would definitely stay again.

Clean & Comfy

We came to Victoria for a long weekend. The host was wonderful and greeted us. They gave us lots of recommendations for local restaurants, coffee, and things to do. The garden was beautiful, and the host was very accommodating. Walking distance from market and breakfast lunch place. Great location for exploring around the greater Victoria area.

Beautiful suite and garden area

The suite is large and very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Kathleen got back to us promptly with answers to any questions we asked her. The location was excellent.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The hosts couldn't do enough to ensure we were well looked after. They were discreet and considerate. They made sure we had everything we needed and were excellent at communicating with us. The suite is beautifully appointed and decorated and shows signs of professional touches throughout. A gorgeous location to celebrate an anniversary. We highly recommend it.

Large, clean suite

Kathleen and Roy's basement suite is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. It was much larger than we were expecting with 2 good-sized rooms, lota of seating and an open living/dining/kitchen area. It was perfect for 4 adults for a weekend. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Victoria trip

The property is in a nice residential area close to downtown Victoria. It is clean and the hosts are very responsive. The place has everything you need for a short stay and the host gave us a great tip for parking in Victoria.
