Welcome to Central Park Prestige, offering Victoria's newest upscale, mini-hotel experience. Designed and purpose-built for short term rental, your space offers unrivaled privacy, luxury, and tranquility comparable to the best hotels in the City. Just a short walk from downtown Victoria, our brand new and custom-built home provides you the perfect balance of privacy, comfort and convenience.

The Space
Your private room is spacious and elegant. Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment featuring a Weber BBQ, custom fire table, massive umbrella, Lazy Boy couches, and Royal Botania sun loungers. Indoor amenities include a fully equipped laundry room with countertop, sink, wine chiller, and fully stocked coffee and tea station.

No sporting equipment (eg. surf boards, bicycles, snowboards, hockey gear) is permitted indoors. We have a garage. If you need storage, please ask.

The location of this property is excellent. The hosts are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The check in process was perfect and the property is very new and nicely appointed. The home is very quiet - you wouldn't even know there are people above or beside you. Parking was easy and always available.

The location was great b6ery easy and quick to get to the waterfront. The property was so clean and well equipped with everything you need. So much attention to detail on decor and layout. The only slight thing we would have liked a microwave. The hostess was fantastic.

Fabulous place to stay near a great coffee shop and a few restaurants all within a short walking distance. The hosts are easy to communicate with and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. I truly appreciated the dedication and care displayed with this property. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this property in Victoria, British Columbia. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout my visit. They went above and beyond by providing snacks and baked treats, regularly refreshing towels and linens, and offering a level of hospitality that exceeded many places we’ve stayed before.The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with updated amenities that made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Victoria. Five stars all around!

Very quiet room. Immaculate furnishings and brand new. The place was beautiful, great location to downtown. Fridge did not have a freezer and no place for ice or ice packs but we navigated that just fine. Hosts responded to any questions immediately. No complaints and we would absolutely stay again!!

Quiet, central, and walkable! Coffee shops, restaurants, a bakery, liquor store and parks are all nearby, a grocery store less than 1 km away and blocks from the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.The Brent and Deanna are very welcoming, and I will happily stay here again.
