***IMPORTANT INFO: - located away from downtown to enjoy more nature & safety. -you will need a vehicle to get around. - many stairs up to the suite; if you have mobility issues, this wouldn’t be good for you. ***. One open room w/ king bed, ocean view guest suite in beautiful Cordova Bay. Located near Matticks farm, Elk Lake, Mt Douglas Park and Cordova Bay beaches. Fifteen minutes from the airport as well as downtown by car, twenty minutes from the ferry by car. Because this location is not located downtown, it’s recommended to have a vehicle to stay here. It’s perfectly located half way between everything you’d want to see, but you will need to drive. The bus would take 45min to get downtown. Perched up on a hill enjoy your coffee and meals while watching the ocean through a picture window or on a private balcony. Those with mobility issues keep in mind that there are quite a few stairs leading up to the suite. Message me if you have any questions.

This was exactly what we needed for our last night in Victoria! Clean, comfortable room, great neighborhood, gorgeous view. Very pet-friendly, and a super quick drive to a dog-friendly off-leash beach on Cordova Bay. Perfect communication with the host. Thanks very much!

Wonderful comfy studio suite nicely decorated with kitchenette. Slept well in bed. Really good residential area close to parks and beaches and shops a short drive away. I loved it. My dog loved the dog bed provided! Just take your time up and down the stairs.

The property is how it’s described. If you can get it for 80-120/nt it’s workable. The drawbacks are not worth more than 120nt. The owner is very nice and responsive.

My best friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed it. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The communication with the owner was smooth and they were attentive to our needs. Overall, I would visit here again.

This wonderful suite, in a very calm neighbourhood, stayed cool with the ocean breeze on hot days. Deandra made us feel welcomed in her place, with small details like a dog bed and bowls. We highly recommend this cozy Cordova studio!

This property is perfect for those who don’t wish to stay downtown, and prefer a more quiet location while still being close to everything. 15mins from the ferry & downtown, 10mins from the airport, 5mins from the ocean beach and a lake beach, elk lake, Mt Doug, Matticks farm, Lochside park, Lochside trail and more! Easy to get to and pet friendly!
