Parking:
- We have two options: Street Parking at any of the meters OR the Kroger Parking Garage (located about one block away).
- The Kroger Parking Garage entrance is located off Central Ave.
- There is also parking available directly in front of the condo - but limited to a 1 hour time slot per session.
- If you park on the street, we would encourage you to download: EZPARK Cincy for online payments.

Washer and Dryer are in unit & available for guest use! Laundry detergent is also provided.

Stove Hood - simply pull out and adjust the settings in order to operate. This is a smart hood - unless it is pulled out, it will not operate.

Dishwasher - There is a manual light switch directly next to the dishwasher that has to be in the `on` position in order for it to operate.

Trash is located directly behind the property. Please reach out to the host for additional details on how to access!

Special Note:
- We do not allow smoking or vaping of any kind within the unit.
- Please be respectful of the HOA/Building.
- Check Out is at 11am Daily.

Check out:
1. Adjust temp in unit to 72.
2. Place all dishes in Dishwasher and start (with dishwasher detergent/pod - located under the sink).
3. Message Host.

Downtown Cincinnati stay

Great newly renovated space with lots of cool modern touches. Only real feedback if the kitchen could use a more utensils (for those who intend to cook) & wash towels/linens. Otherwise really a great stay in Downtown Cincinnati.

Nice day trip

Stayed here for just one night. The place was really nice, as the pictures described. Check in process was easy. The neighborhood was very nice, with lots of locations within walking distance. I didn't find the walk to the stadiums very bad either. The property is centrally located to more or less everything in downtown, so you can park your car and just plan on walking everywhere. Only had a slight issue and that was with parking. The Kroger Lot was "closed for a private event" but there were countless parking lots around the property, and it was ~$10 for overnight parking, so it ended up not being an issue. I enjoyed the stay and if I find myself in Cincinnati again i'll hope this place is available.

Beautiful, convenient spot in OTR

Great spot in the heart of it all in OTR. Quick walk to bars, restaurants and Washington Park. Convenience of having Kroger right on the block for anything you thing. The space is comfortable, beautiful, light and airy. Easy access with plenty of parking.
