CLEANING: Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: We ask guests to check out by 11am, you are welcome to check in anytime after 4pm - our door is equipped with a keypad to self check in.
PET FEE: We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Our home welcomes pets for an additional $80 fee per pet.
NO SMOKING: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Very comfortable home with a great kitchen and eating area. It has a lot of stairs, if that is an issue for you, but we didn't mind it. Also, it's on a busy street, but you don't hear the traffic noise much. We liked that there's a wonderful grocery store within an easy walk.

The property was just one block from Seattle Children's Hospital making it very convenient for appointments. There was a nice separation from the living room and bedrooms that allows for resting quietly.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous bnb. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. We were right off of the Burke Gilman trail and minutes from the UW campus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We had an incredibly enjoyable stay at your home in a lovely neighborhood near the UW campus. We moved our daughter into UW this week and this made for a perfect stay. A lovely home in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and we appreciated the little touches like the coffee machine and snacks. The refrigerator and kitchen were perfect for our family with young kids.

Our stay

The place was conveniently located. I stayed there with my husband, two grown up kids and our service dog. I have just two complaints- 1. The dishwasher was not emptied, and half of the dishes were dirty. 2. There was no extra comforter for the living room sleeper sofa.

Awesome property around the corner from UW

Our location was excellent for the plans that we had: to see areas east and north of Seattle as well as the Tacoma and Gig Harbor area. About 30 minutes to the airport on a Friday morning at 8 AM (not bad). The property owner was very quick answering questions we had. There’s a small park across the street as well as a bus stop for those that don’t have a rental car or are not fond of Uber or Lyft.

Beautiful house, great location

This townhouse was wonderful! Close to UW and Seattle Children’s and across the road from a great playground. The house was very nice inside and had everything we needed.

Great stay for work

I had a month shift at seattle childrens and the location of this place was perfect, literally a 5 minute walk away. This place is a good location for exploring seattle. Has a full kitchen stocked with the basics and the three floors of the house made it nice for my friend and I to work opposite shifts without worring about waking up the other.

Excellent location to Seattle Childrens

We were in Seattle to support our granddaughter and parents while having a procedure at Seattle Children’s. The location was close and convenient. Easy walk to the hospital and plenty of space for family to relax and be together. The property managers were easy to communicate with and quick to reply.

Very clean great hosts lots of stairs

Our stay was good but the location is on an extremely busy road and we used the fan to mitigate the noise. The place is in 3 levels lots of stairs. Not a big problem for us but good to know. We paid $422 a night and it’s now $158 a night. I think at $158 a great value not as good for us with all the other fees, taxes etc.The hosts are excellent and the kitchen is well stocked

Such a cute place to stay!!

We headed to Seattle with friends and were so pleased with this property!!! It’s a cute place with everything you need! From the coffee and snacks to the extra pillows and blankets- the hosts thought of everything!!! Love the rooftop space!!

Family visiting Seattle

The location of the property was amazing. We loved the proximity to walking trails, a park/playground, Seattle, and shops. The property was well maintained and very comfortable. We felt very safe on the property and in the surrounding neighborhood. We spent most days out and about visiting Seattle sights and other family in the area - the properties location and access to highways and main roads made it easy to get to a variety of places in a decent amount of time. The owners were available to contact for any concerns or questions - even if we didn't need it, we were glad that they reached out to us. If we're all back in Seattle again, we would want to stay at the same location again.

Great visit with UW student

We were in Seattle to visit our daughter who is at UW. The house was lovely, well stocked, CLEAN, and wonderful proximity to campus, shops, and restaurants. Parking directly in front of the house was no problem. It was very hot in Seattle that week so we were incredibly thankful for the AC. However, it should be noted that there was no AC in the 2nd bedroom so people drew straws for the "hot" bedroom. There were multiple fans that could be used in the room though. Other than that, everything was perfect and we certainly hope to stay there the next time we visit!
