This house is recently built and settled in summer 2022. It is located in a community with clubhouse and swimming pool. The house provides almost everything you need for your vacation. It is not only closed to both Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, but also very short drive to all the restaurants, grocery stores and Tanger outlet!

Beautiful, clean home!

Everything was perfect about this property. It was clean, comfortable and suited our group’s needs wonderfully. It was close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and more. We highly recommend this home, it is fantastic.

Beach Vibes

It was a very clean & cozy property that slept 9, however with 2 children 2 and under and 6 adults having 1 shower and 1 shower/tub combo it was time consuming for all to get cleaned up after beach time to head out to dinner, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!!

Home away from Home

This unit was fresh out of the box in a growing development. Its far enough away from the tourism, but close enough to drive to beach and shops. Beautiful open layout. Owner was extremely nice and easy to reach if a problem were to occur. I believe after this home has a full season of guests, it will be a easy decision to consider returning to stay again.

4th time to area

House is located within short drive to market, outlets, restaurants and beaches. Neighborhood was quiet and pool was great for the kids. Harry was very responsive when we arrived with a minor AC issue. Kitchen had minimal cooking utensils/accessories. I am glad we had reached out in advance as house does not have any beach chairs or toys.
