Upgraded Utilities: Brand new Washer, Dryer, new Refrigerator, and new oven in Kitchen, new microwave, new HVAC with condenser and furnace, new roof, new windows, new ceiling fans/recess lights, new grill, new outdoor shower, and new light fixtures(w/new electrical panel), and new outdoor shower and plumbing.
New bath and beach towels, new linens, new pillows, pillow cases, new comforters and curtains.
