Splash House - Relaxation Haven/Private Pool

Summary:

Cozy Home in Largo Florida just 10 minutes from Indian Rocks beach and about 15 min from Clearwater Beach. Take time to relax in the comfort of this vacation home and be at ease while you spend time with your family. Peaceful and centrally-located. There is no neighbor behind because it connects to the Pinellas trail which offers miles and miles of uninterrupted biking and running. There is a delicious restaurant just a few blocks away called Latin Bowl.



The Space:

Welcome to our home, affectionately named Splash House Largo. We’ve taken a lot of care to renovate as much as we possibly can. Though any home can always be improved further and we don’t claim to be perfect, this is our little piece of paradise that we share with you. We hope you have a wonderful stay!



You’ll have plenty of privacy.

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and Netflix.

If you love to cook, you’ll find all your kitchen basics and fridge here. (Some of the items we have at the house include a spice rack, rice cooker, blender, mixing bowls, utensils, kids plates, pots, pans, beach towels etc)

Longer term guests will appreciate the in unit washer and dryer.

Beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella, blanket)



Guest Access:

Everything except our maid / storage closets. Those will have a separate lock on it.



Other Things to Note:

I have cameras monitoring the front door. Pool is not heated. Florida is usually warm so water temp is usually nice. Due to improper use that could damage the equipment, we ask that guests DO NOT TOUCH the pool equipment, if caught doing so, a $1,000 fee will be assessed. You can however use the pool light. To turn on/off, simply flip up the small switch on the side of the panel. If you need help locating it, feel free to text or call.

All our quilts are clean, washed prior to your arrival.
