This three bedroom home comfortably sleeps 4 adults & 3 children or 6 adults. The open backyard features a 32' x 16' swimming pool, a ground-level patio with an 8-person table, and a firepit. All the essential amenities for a comfortable vacation like central A/C, a furnished kitchen w/dishwasher, 2 smart TVs, and a washer/dryer in the basement. The full kitchen has table seating for 6 and seating for 2 at the hightop counter. The finished portion of the basement also includes an air hockey table.
The nearby bike trails will take you to Tunnel Park Beach, Holland State Park/Ottawa Beach, tons of nearby parks and preserves, Bowerman's Blueberry Farm, or even downtown Holland. Bike and kayak rentals abound nearby.

We are a nearby family opening our summer home to guests for the first time. We are not investors and manage no other properties. We have had so many good memories here, and hope you do to. We plan to eventually retire in this home so book and enjoy while you can!

Our home is the perfect distance to the beaches, downtown Holland restaurants & shopping, and the bike trail network that connects them all. The North side of Holland is the perfect balance of being close to nature and close to the city.

Our ranch home is unique in having a fantastic family room addition that leads out to the huge 16' x 32' in-ground pool. And even more space with the finished basement featuring a large comfortable couch, smart TV, and an air hockey table. Whether you want to relax in a comfortable home or get out and explore, you're in the best place.
