This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Naples, just minutes from beautiful beaches and highly desirable fifth ave shopping district. Full access to a resort style pool with food and beverage service, tennis courts, pool tables, volley ball and much more. This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room area and an outdoor seating area. Each bedroom has a smart TV. You will have access to an attached garage, which is equipped with bikes, tennis rackets, fishing poles, beach chairs, sporting equipment, etc. Come enjoy all Naples has to offer in this modern, newly updated and spacious condo.

OLE TENANT EVALUATION APPLICATION is required 2 WEEKS prior to check-in date. $150 fee paid online.

Getaway

Well decorated, spacious, taken care of unit. Close to shopping with privacy. Close to some amenities while others a short walk or bike ride away. Not far from beaches, and people within the community are very friendly. Would highly reccomend to anyone.

Beautiful location and condo

The condo is in a very nice neighborhood. Pool is beautiful. Owner was very nice and quick to answer any questions.

Wonderful experience

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The Ole resort has all the amenities you need on vacation - tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness center, and movie theater! The location is convenient as well with Publix and plenty of restaurants nearby. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Fabulous Condo!

There is absolutely nothing bad to say about the property, so let me list some of the features we loved: >Well equipped kichen >Comfortable furniture >An actual desk to work at! >Entire condo beautifully and tastefully decorated >Complex extremely well taken care of and peaceful >Loved the poolside food and drink service, a first for us at a residential property This is the last year we will renting, otherwise I would re-book in a minute!

Very nice condo in ideal location

My wife and I just returned home after spending 30 great days at this comfortable, and conveniently located home away from home. The unit is located in the Ole community of Lely Resort. It is only a seven minute walk to the town square where the pool (very nice), restaurants, exercise facility and many other amenities are located. It is centrally located between Marco Island and downtown Naples. You can drive to either one in twenty minutes or less. Grocery shopping, local restaurants and other shopping options are within a five minute drive. The condo itself is clean, nicely decorated and very functional. It is perfect for a couple or young family. The kitchen is very well supplied with various food preparation tools and utensils and it is well laid out. The appliances are newer and well maintained. The bedrooms are not overly large but not small. The beds are very comfortable and there is an abundant supply of bed linens, covers, and pillows. There is a large tv in each bedroom. The master bath is quite large and very nice. There is a significant number of toys for small children as well as games and other diversions. The garage is a real convenience and it is filled with all sorts of toys and sports equipment, bikes, scooters, fishing poles, pickle ball rackets etc. There are also car seats, beach chairs and much more. The owner and local contact were very easy to communicate with and both were eager to accommodate us and answer questions. We would definitely return to this condo when we vacation in this area in the future.
