Dear Rick, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found comfort in the space, as well as in the warm, welcoming atmosphere our team strives to provide. While our property may not be the most modern, we always aim to maintain it to a high standard of cleanliness, functionality, and comfort. It’s wonderful to know that your two-bedroom condo was well-equipped and met your needs. We’re also happy you had the chance to enjoy the fireplace—there’s nothing quite like a cozy fire after a day of exploring or relaxing. We truly appreciate your recognition of the value we offer and are grateful for guests like you who appreciate the care and character of the space. Should your travels bring you back this way, we’d be delighted to welcome you again!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns about the condition of the condo and the value for money, and we regret that it did not provide the experience you were hoping for. We constantly strive to offer a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests, and we will take your comments into consideration as we continue to assess and improve our offerings. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and hope you might reconsider staying with us in the future.

Dear Kulwant, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate your perspective, and we're sorry to hear that the number of steps was a concern for you. We understand that accessibility is important, especially for seniors. Regrettably, we didn't receive any specific request to be assigned to a lower level, which we would have done our best to accommodate. Your input is valuable, and we hope that you had an otherwise enjoyable stay with us. If you choose to stay with us again in the future, please don't hesitate to communicate your preferences so that we can better meet your needs. Warm regards, Your Leavetown Team

Dear Ronald, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and found the location ideal for local sightseeing — that’s something many of our guests appreciate as well. That said, we sincerely apologize that aspects of the condo’s condition and furnishings did not meet your expectations. We strive to keep all of our accommodations well-maintained, and we are truly sorry to learn about the wear and tear you noticed, including the bathroom tile and wallpaper. Your comments have been shared with our property maintenance team for immediate attention. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the seating arrangement. While the unit is designed to accommodate the number of guests it sleeps, we understand how additional seating could have made your stay more comfortable and will take this into account during future updates. Lastly, we regret that the laundry facilities were not up to standard during your visit. Cleanliness and functionality of shared amenities are extremely important to us, and we’ve forwarded your comments to resort management to ensure they’re addressed promptly. Please know that guest satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities, and we truly value your feedback as it helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back with a better experience next time.
